The pdsa were very quick on offering my boy an appointment and his treatment was prompt I ve seen such a progress in his condition and allergies and I genuinely cant thankyou enough my boy is my baby and you literally made such a difference in such a short time words cant thank you enough kindest regards with many thanks

Brilliant work by overworked staff

Once we navigated the online booking a return phone call which we received a couple of hours later we were given an appointment for the next day We were seen on time and our dog Spice was treated very well aprescription given I know it s not as easy to go there as before but most things are going the same way mostly online questions before appointments

You always get seen on time and the staff are very friendly

They are always very friendly and make you feel relaxed when going in with your sick pet and explain every thing there doing to your pet very caring I have always had a good experience with them when taking in my wee dog

although it took a while to navigate the website I eventually successfully phoned them on their free phone number Spoke to a lovely chap who sorted my account for me cant praise him enough well done for helping an old damsel in distress x

My pet Marley need procedure which was very worrying as he has a heart murmur and they went though all what could go wrong and I was felt very confident that his life was in there hands and he has made very good recovery I thank the staff at PDSA for all the hard work they did and made me so thankful

Very caring and compassionate

I m writing this review after having to say goodbye to my beloved pet Buttercup I had a morning appointment for Buttercup to have an assessment as she d been unwell for the past few weeks The vet advised that they would keep her in for the afternoon to run some tests Later that day I received a call from the vet who explained the situation a tumor had been found and they walked me through the possible options However due to how quickly Buttercup s health was declining I made the difficult decision to go to the clinic to be with her as she was put to sleep I want to thank the staff at the Oldbury PDSA Hospital for being so kind caring understanding and compassionate Knowing that Buttercup was treated with the same kindness and respect during her brief stay meant a lot to me
