Happy with the prompt service with Peacocks

I had some Love2shop vouchers which were about to expire wasn t sure what to spend it on In the end decided to pick some clothes on sale at Peacocks I placed an online order on the 7 July and order was delivered by Hermes on 9 July Yes I know that the courier service Hermes can be hit and miss but since I work from home I didn t experience any issues My order was accurate and clothes were a better quality than I expected I am happy with my order and service provided by Peacocks

Beautiful fine knit sweaters - Product code 4302704-C01 Neckline not too low - not too high - just right to show off jewellry Washes well and feels so soft Only thing is they appear not to be doing these anymore - would have liked them in more colours The replacement has slits at hem and are a poorer quality which is a pity as I rate them as perfect

Just like to say a very big thank you to Divid and Sue at the Parkgate Shirley store today I had a lot of items to return and felt bad because I knew it was going to take a long time to do but Divid and Sue were fantastic I have to say that this was probably the best customer service I have received in a very long time They were professional polite and made me laugh at times nothing was to much trouble A real credit to your company

I just want to acknowledge how good the sales assistants are in Shirley Solihull Always friendly pleasant and very helpful Consistently good service from everyone there Too often people only make negative comments and that s fair enough if you are genuinely dissatisfied with something but it s also important to give positive feedback Life s difficult enough

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEI disagree with some of the reviews below as do not reflect my experience I had an order query which I thought would take ages to solve How wrong I was I rang Peacocks today the phone was promptly answered by Amanda who listened attentively was polite and eager to help She handled my query professionally and resolved matters swiftly I was impressed by the high quality of customer care received and hope my feedback will be conveyed to Amanda She is a credit to the company

Well done Peacocks at Havant

I bought a nightie which I loved so decided to purchase another in a different colour Havant store didn t have any in stock but Linda helped me to order one online to click and collect Delivery was prompt and when I went to the Havant store to collect Linda remembered me I am sorry to see so many negative comments for your stores as my experience has always been good

I wanted a pair of jeggings had a 50 peacocks voucher for xmas so i went into the Newcastle under Lyme store found the one s i wanted i tried them on at home WOW they fit like a dream feel fabulously comfortable the length is perfect i m only 5 1 usually trousers elsewhere are really long I d recommend peacocks if you want a comfortable pair of jeggings i m a curvy size 14 16 feel wonderful Thank you peacocks for making my day x

Fabulous Customer Service Fabulous outfit

My parcel was delayed due to my regular Evri courier being on holiday I rang customer services and spoke to Tracey on three occasions who was so helpful polite and couldn t apologise enough even though it wasn t Peacocks at fault My second outfit from the Louise Redknapp edit and it s just gorgeous Thank you Tracey for all of your help A credit to the Customer Services Team
