brought gift cards from peacocks despite it on back of gift card saying you can buy online from peacocks using gift cards and on the website there is no available option to pay using gift cards not very good

I made an online purchase on dec 14th this yr They arrived but unfortunately they were for a 6ft6 lady so I needed to return them I took them to my local Swindon store where the manager very abruptly told me I paid by PayPal so could not return them in store I don t have a PayPal account but couldn t be bothered to argue with the rude woman I returned them by evri costing 2 99 on the 18th dec I have only received my refund today But no postage refunded A expensive purchase with bad customer service I will continue to shop in store where most of the staff are lovely

Don t know why I thought it would be a good idea to order once again from Peacocks I did I regret it now Terrible terrible customer service Telling me they ve not received my email regarding a bag that s developed a fault NEVER ORDERING AGAIN AS COMPLETE RUBBISH

Sadly my experience seems to be the same as the prevoius review It seems if products are ordered on line the option is to pay to return or swap in store The assistant in store said i could not exchange as i paid by paypal Made no sense to me as i was exhanging for an item of same price After arguing Shouldn t be necessary another assistant said it could be done Lesson learnt Never order on line again Peacocks please offer a giftcard to customers

Terrible customer service I ordered online tried to return in store as my delivery note told me I could do so To have the manager arguing with me I could not get a refund because I paid Apple Pay Disgusting policy and rude unhelpful staff I shop online a lot but never again with peacocks

I have been trying to return a parcel to Peacocks for a refund and their preferred courier is Evri who don t like picking up parcels or dealing with customers So two no shows by Evri and after reaching out to Peacocks in sheer desperation I have been told not our problem and patronised beyond belief My advice don t do online shopping with Peacocks because you CAN T return items and they don t care

Placed an order for clothing but never received it Emailed them twice had no reply

I called customer services to ask what their in store returns policy was for a Christmas gift I d been given as sadly the items are too big I confirmed the tags and wrapping were all perfect but did not have the receipt I was told no receipt no refund or exchange They also told me that even if they could offer a refund or exchange I had missed the deadline date of 7th January 2024 I pointed out that today was the 5th Apparently I d still missed it you work it out I have never shopped here and have no intention of ever doing so

Returned two orders but they gave me refund for just one trying to contact them but they reply after two weeks on email and they ended calls before listening to you problem Very disappointed I ve been trying to get my refund but their poor customer service giving illogical answers Never seen poor customer service like peacocks

Everything I ve ever bought from here I ve been really unhappy with I ve just bought an okay looking sweatshirt when it arrived the inside was made of some very rough carpet-like material It s painful to wear even with a long sleeve top underneath it is that rough The label says made in China In the past I bought a hoodie which was exactly the same I ve bought T shirts and vests which are way too long i ve tried their leggings which were too long and just fall down as you walk I bought a bra that squeaked I bought a shacket that arrived so faded and bobbly I was convinced it was someone s returns Everything is so frumpy and unflattering long in the body short in the sleeves and very tight Everything is so dated and unfashionable floral longline tunics cropped leggings Peacocks seems to be stuck in 2006 All I wanted was some cheap basics but there s nothing I can realistically wear here
