Always Great Staff at Our Frome Branch

I was served today by an extremely friendly and helpful young man called Jamie The lady assistants in the past have been lovely too but I was particularly impressed today with Jamie s help with ordering and his general attitude It makes such a difference with such a helpful person serving

Absolutely top class service from Tracy in customer services She went above and beyond to help my mum order a sweater which she was having difficulty online Tracy was kind and patient What an assets to peacocks Well done

Eltham store have friendly helpful staff

Been going in the Eltham store since it opened Staff are all nice friendly and helpful The manager Chrissy is so nice always helpful friendly and will never make you feel unwelcome Good for a chat when wanted not just about clothes Always sad when the store is threatened with closure as the store and its staff are a good long term feature in the High St We do not need to lose the few remaining clothes stores left

I had to return the items that I bought yes I did have to pay to do so this is clearly stated if you take the time to read it However factoring in fuel and car park fees the difference was negligible I received confirmation of my refund within a few days and my original postage charges were refunded Not many retailers do that Upon reading a few reviews it seems people have an issue with the PayPal refund exchange process This is clearly detailed on the website and on the paperwork you get with the goods In my humble opinion Peacocks are a great mid range brand I for one am a big fan

I was having difficulties in placing an order online and after several attempts I contacted customer services telephone service Wow how lovely to be greeted by someone helpful happy and engaging and she quickly resolved the issue Thank you Amanda it was a real treat to be receive old fashioned friendly customer service so much so I wanted place a review too often we are willing to complain but don t acknowledge the good service we receive So thank you again

Real nice staff in the connswater

Real nice staff in the connswater branch really helpful friendly faces and down to earth Got a few things in here and they were very helpful in explaining returns policy Will definitely return to this store 10 10Side note Bon Marche is in the same shopping centre and their staff are horrible horrible people

This review is for a great shopping experience at the Peacocks Morperh branch earlier today I bought a pair of jeans and some Christmas wrapping paper neither used or tried for this review I just wanted to say the two ladies who served me made me smile we had a laugh they were both absolutely lovely
