Ive had a lot of clothes shoes and especially handbags from Peacocks due to being large chested I can now only buy trousers ect no tshirts blouses jackets ect they only go up to size 20 and they are small sizes too

Reason for 3 stars is because they re returns online is so confusing it s taken me three days trying to get the Returns Code even speaking to two agents there who categorically said I need to go back online get the code myself or get someone to do it for me What a farce My last try indicated item not eligible for return even though I ve got another 8 days to return I was so furious I rang them again spoke to June who was so helpful within minutes she emailed the Return Code to me Can t understand why the two previous agents couldn t do that why the hell cant they give this code as soon as the return is booked Never again will I shop with them

Plastic Plastic Plastic I ordered 3 pairs of jeans and a jumper I paid for next day delivery and everything came the next day the clothes are exactly what I ordered and fit well I have no issues with peacocks there My issue is all the unnecessary single use plastics my items came wrapped in Every single item they sent came wrapped in plastic with a plastic coat hanger I don t want and it s all crammed into a big plastic bag I don t think I ve seen another company so thoughtless with their packaging Come on peacocks the other brands are making an effort to be more eco friendly So yes I ve knocked two stars off for all the plastic because reducing my carbon footprint is very important to me

Had an email from them since my last review in reply to the one i sent them Just had another to say my items have been dispatched now My opinion is if anyone buys from their online service be prepared for up to 2 weeks for delivery

Their clothing is ridiculously small made I ve made a few online orders and not had any problem with delivery although the notification texts are hilariously delayed Today my order was delivered by Yodel why must you use yodel and shorty after got a text from Peacocks telling me my package would be with me before 9pm I love the clothes but they are really not true to size I need to go up by two sizes The fact I have to pay to return things is crazy so I ll be going in-store tomorrow where fingers crossed I can find my size in the lovely dress I was excited to wear

Jeans - has anyone found the the zips are rubbish i have bought 4 pairs of jeans and 2 of the zip has burst I was able to return one pair as it was within 14 days but the other i just had to bin its a shame really as the jeans are a good fit

Appalled at their returns system
Appalled at their returns system having received a birthday gift from my sister who lives in Scotland and i reside in Newcastle i went to exchange this gift at the Cramlington Store after choosing something to make the exchange i was told i could not exchange or claim a refund as the 28 days return polcy had expired Disgusting how areyou supposed to know the gift was bought early So because of this outrageous outdated policy i will not shop at Peacocks again and am now left with a gift i will neither wear or want

In the armagh store this morning Manager not helpful at all Her colleague Edith went out of her way to help me any way she could If everyone in the armagh store gave the customer service edith did they would be getting 5 star reviews instead of 3 star Managers and staff need to trained on how to greet customers and interact with them Maybe edith could train them

Edit I changed my rating from one star to 3 as I finally got a reply from peacocks They issued a refund saying that my package may have been lost in transit Wish I read the reviews before I purchased anything I ordered some clothes online on the 24th of April and they still have not arrived The tracking no longer works on the website and the one through hermes shows it still has not reached them I expect some delays but this is rediculous

Clothes look ok for Christmas presents but I received a refund and did not get an email stating the reasons why until the clothes arrived and three vests were missing Strange customer service having not been informed beforehand so I could have placed an order elsewhere Other stores usually let you know if an item of clothing isn t in stock
