Order got lost by courier had to chase Pepe for the delivery poor service from courier not Pepe took a week to sort

Until a year ago I would have undoubtedly given a 5 star review When we bought our table and 6 chairs about a dozen years ago everything about the products and the process was exemplary Unfortunately one of the table top boards has succumbed to rot and so we contacted the company to request a replacement Initially we were told that a replacement board would be ordered from where they are now manufactured but it would take a few months We dutifully waited and then contacted them again to be told that the additional board had not been delivered but that it would be looked into After another wait we again contacted them to be told that they cannot supply a replacement board but that I could have a piece that I could cut and shape to fit It seems a shame that a company which once prided itself on the quality and standard of its products is now unable to even shape a plank of wood Date approximate as it covered a period of several months

The stools were as described and solid However I was surprised that some cut edges were splintered and similarity some of the drilled holes I did comment about this but to date have received only an acknowledgment of my enquiry

Having bought this Pepe swing seat twice before over many years I am happy to have one back in my garden We had a problem attaching the metal plates to the top cross beam The holes were not cleanly cut and the screws did not fit However with some patience and careful filing we managed to enlarge the hole to accommodate the screw

The chair is nice but there is quite a lot of green discolouration on one side and it doesn t go back quite as far as I would like but a well made elegant chair good for moderate recline

Long delays at the docks meant that the lounger didn t arrive in time for my wife s birthday However they kept me informed and once it arrived the product is very good Took a bit of effort to assemble but looks good

The delivery didn t turn up but I emailed them got a quick response apologising and the oil turned up the next day Great service good products shame about the delivery

I bought wood preservative for Pepe wood furniture I have used protective preservative for this in the past from Pepe it is very effective They no longer make the original one so this is their recommended replacement could find nothing comparable on the market so I am hoping this is as good as original Very good quick service and delivery I will know in a year how good the product is

Prompt delivery good customer service when we purchased a replacement canopy for our Lilli swing seat Only minor quibble is that the new mesh canopies don t keep the sun off as much as the old version which had a SPF factor of at least 25
