Fabulous customer service

I emailed Perrin and Rowe To ask where to buy a replacement part for a tap that I have had for a number of years They emailed me within an hour to say that they would send me out the replacement part free of charge Not only are their taps fabulous but their customer service is too

Replacement tap mixer valve

I contacted Perrin and Rowe for a replacement hot cold mixer valve for my tap It had just gone out of warranty by a month or so but they despatched a new one free of charge out of goodwill which arrived very quickly Thanks Tracey much appreciated

Nice people to do business with

I bought some excellent kitchen taps many years ago for Perrin Rowe and they still work and look as good as new Had to replace the valves recently and the Customer Services sent me detailed instructions on the correct replacement procedure Try getting that from Amazon A joy to do business with

Excellent company who make it very easy to order spares so that replacement of whole tap unit is not needed Very knowledgeable and friendly helpful staff who make the whole ordering process a complete pleasure They know exactly what you are talking about even if you don t know the names of the parts you need They can cut through your waffle

Faulty sink tap

I ordered a sink tap unit but my plumber failed to get the spray tap and water filter tap to work I contacted the company and got through to customer services and explained the problem to Brigid who was very helpful and professional She said she would order some replacement parts which will hopefully rectify the problem The parts have been delivered I was stressed that the taps proved faulty but the excellent service received from Brigid more than made up for it

Fantastic service from Olivia at Perrin Rowe Customer Services Had a problem with my hot water tap and contacted Customer Services by phone and got straight through to a person which is unusual nowadays I followed up with emails to Olivia and had a prompt and satisfactory replies in each instance Excellent service

I was seeking spares for a Perrin Rowe kitchen tap I was given the telephone for their CS team The call was answered prompty so rare these daye with simple instruction to connect me with the spares person The call was again answered promplly with no long delays and the person I spoke to Craig was extremely helpful and very knowledable of the company products He provided excellent technical help on my queries He was a credit to the company I was able to purchase my requirements very easily indeed Simply a brilliant superb first class company with helpful knowledgeable and in addition very nice staff Only wish there were more such companies like them these days
