Fantastic customer service

Redrow have been fantastic since the beginning of our moving house process They have been helpful and supportive along the way and nothing is ever too much trouble We have now moved in and are so pleased with our beautiful new home The standard of finish is exceptional and the aftercare has been brilliant Would highly recommend buying a Redrow home

Perfect experience

We needed a few touch ups on paintwork on our walls and skirting boards after moving in and are so happy with the service provided from Alex at Redrow He was friendly and explained everything as he went making sure I was happy with his work and happily answered all of my DIY questions He went above and beyond making sure everything was immaculate before he left cleaning up after himself and has made our home feel like moving in on day 1 again Thanks Alex

Can t recommend Redrow enough We started our journey with them as first time buyers at Plaza Central in North Kent Jo and Carmen were fantastic Their communication was great they were very helpful and forthcoming with any queries we had At one point our solicitors dragged their feet but Jo and Carmen were very understanding with the slow pace of the process from our side The whole process was smooth from Redrow s side We are so happy in our new home and would recommend family and friends to use them should they go the new build route
