I ordered a selection of dresses to try on for a wedding and when I went to return the unwanted ones The dresses themselves were really lovely Some felt better quality than others but all very pretty I was surprised to find their returns policy was not like your average retailer Instructed to email for the return address and authorisation and then return to US address When I received my response from customer service I found them to be very accommodating and whilst acknowledging that they are trying to improve their returns system due to being an international company they offered 75 refund for the value of my order and was told to keep the dresses I was given the choice of returning the dresses from UK to an address in America at my own cost or taking up the offer of 75 refund Whilst all a bit unusual I wasn t really perturbed I like the dresses and any which I find I can t or won t wear I will sell on Vinted
