Hen run and coop

Pets ie were very good at communicating when the product we desired was back in stock and once it was delivery was very prompt We got a chicken coup and it was nice and straightforward to put together The 6x3m chicken run we got was quite time consuming to assemble and we felt the wire mesh supplied wasn t strong enough so got a stronger version as there s lots of foxes where we live The other issue was there DEFINATELY wasn t enough strong cable ties supplied We bought another 2 bags from the hardware shop and used most if them you need plenty The end result was great

I feel that pets ie are really on the

I feel that pets ie are really on the ball when orders are sent in I order a product and soon after I get a reply and ye always let me know when my product is dispatched and when it s due for delivery I find this great I wad ordering a product yesterday and noticed that on pets ie there are other sites beside yours that sell similar products I am not a fan if this because if I did not look at the sight I woukd be ordering from some other site thinking it s yours

Bulky collar

Dog collars are very well made but they are too bulky for my dogs the extra material behind the clasp seems bit excessive i prefer a slimmer collar so the dogs do not get caught in something

The run is great the delivery very quick next day The instructions on fitting the chicken wire could have been clearer It would have been handy to have had some longer plastic ties We needed all those Ties provided and more that we had ourselves

I wish to change my original review It was not the business that was at fault re file very but A Post I still feel that pets ie should be contactable by phone as it would solve problems more easily I ordered another product and it arrived next day

I was happy with how fast everything arrived but disappointed to discover an item missing I wish the out of stock item had been flagged at checkout or they had just added the most similar item
