Construction is really week

This dog pen is a really week construction the frame is already deformed and the wire came in a state of mess with holes on it therefore it was barely long enough to tie onto the frame not satisfied pricey for the low quality but delivery was quick at least

Bad quality

bad quality materials impossible to put together the pen extension without some of the walls being crooked also from the pictures it looked like the kid would provide 3 walls and a roof but it only provided a roof and two walls

Henry Dog kennel with chip damage

I got a Henry dog kennel only one working day after ordering it so the delivery time was great However there was some chip damage to the kennel and the kennel also contained lots of wood filaments which had to be cleaned out as they were potentially hazardous For the price of 180 I believe it should have came in better condition and in a cleaner state

I ordered the Holly rabbit hutch and I still haven t got it When I ordered it I said to leave it at the front door if no one was at home and Fastway have emailed me to say they tried delivering it and 2 more failed attempts they are sending it back to the depot for me to collect within 5 days I won t be buying anything else from your site because of the service I have received from Fastway No point ordering anything when it won t be delivered on time Update I just want to say after being contacted by Tara in Pets ie she has been absolutely amazing at sorting out the issues I have had with Fastway

I guess I was one of the 2 who didn t get it next day Ordered on a Saturday so was hoping it d arrive Tuesday morning It arrived on Wednesday evening at 5 30 I was going to give the courier Fastway this rating too Don t believe the marketing hype is all I ll say

Delivery times are awful

Delivery times are awful When I ordered on the 02 11 they said next day delivery however it took 5 working days to come which meant I had to purchase from another supplier until my delivery arrived Probably won t use you again Will go to a local store instead

Good products and value terrible courier

No issue with the products My issue is with the courier they use - Fastway Unable to deliver your parcel We will make two more attempts Should these delivery attempts be unsuccessful your parcel will be held at our local depot for 5 working days I was home all day there was no attempt made by fastway to deliver my parcel I would be more likely to use pets ie in future if they used a different courier

I ordered one week ago cat litter ect I had to go to town and buy litter as my litter wasn t delivered Usually pet ie is 2 days top not impressed with the length of time my packages have taken

You have moved premises to the other side of Arklow This could have been highlighted on the website as I ended up going to the Beech Road to collect my order but you weren t there Even this survey is showing your address as Beech Road and this is not correct

I liked the punctual delivery

I liked the punctual delivery Easy to purchase on yr site Didnt like that it was more difficult to put together b c some pieces were out of shape So this made it difficult to construct Apart from that my dog is very haply with it She would rather be in the house all day though
