Drove down to arklow to return faulty kennel purchased new product because they cannot do simple exchange arrived home with new product upon opening same found it to be damaged barrage of emails followed and still coming why cant they just ring me on the number i supplied numerous tmes very frustrating

Delivery and ordering very good Product wildly incorrect Outdoor cat box Not remotely waterproof Plus blows away on anything above 20 kph winds Then breaks So no appalling product Very poor product description

It s now 1 week since Pets ie notified me that item was collected from them by their Couriers Fastway It still hasn t arrived and nobody can say where it is Collected on 5th Dec and already using Christmas deliveries volume as an excuse Its a large item it can t have slipped behind a seat

Email Pets ie after purchasing 2 Dog Kennels to ask about purchasing a Dog flap door for a Kennel and asked if they would not charge delivery Found them to be extremely unhelpful at this stage Will definitely not be using them again or recommending them

The delivery was very quick which was the only good thing I ordered the Buddy dog house for my cat and I am very disappointed with it I found it difficult to assemble mainly because for many of the screws there were no pre-drilled holes or markings to show where the screws were meant to go so I had a lot of measuring and calculation to ensure everything was lined up correctly The dog house is poor quality I attached the green blocks as shown but they make the floor uneven with a sizeable gap between the boards I covered the floor with Lino otherwise the draught would have made it too cold for any pet to lie on I ordered the insulation as well and it seems to be good and should help to keep it warm But the dog house looks so flimsy I think the first big storm will level it Will never buy anything like this again online Previous dog house was bought in pet shop so at least I knew what I was getting - it was better quality and cheaper

I made a purchase through the website very easily as I have done a few times before unfortunately the delivery hasn t arrived yet and when I checked the site it states out for delivery the next working day for the past week i contacted fastway by email who replied that the delivery was made Hopefully it will be sorted in the next week

Placed a large order which was not fully delivered awful experience with the delivery person who left with half the order and impossible to get a person on the phone to speak to Emails back and forth refusal to give call back Very frustrating

contact is non existenta week waiting for a package tried to cancel as can t wait that long bought kennel locallyOf course fastway can t be contacted can t cancel delivery Will have to pay for the pleasure of returning a package that is now useless No response from contact form phone goes direct to recording to use contact form Dreadful experience don t use buy local pets ie do better

I ordered an item January 1 and have yet not received

Product good - price OK - delivery service Poor Item ordered 12 Nov finally arrived evening 19th Very poor show for something that was said to have been dispatched on 13 The delivery service is too hit and miss for me so I won t be using this shop again
