Product quality

The delivery and shopping experience was great but the quality of the chicken coop is very poor As I was painting it I realised that a door was already broken The wood is thin and fragile and it came covered with tiny little plastic strings or whatever it was It looked very unhealthy so I washed it thoroughly before painting it Can we have information on that material

Uncaring

Because you have never answered my messages about the parcel being held for 5 days at the Tuam depot and because you have no phone contact We cancelled the order and expected our money back under the 14 day refund We cannot return the parcel because it never arrived on time for us to use the items for our disabled cats travelling back to the UK to live We never received the items and have no idea where they are If you do not contact us on this matter in the next 2 days we will talk l free legal action Peter Tanner
