Excellent from start to finish Due to our boiler braking down we asked a couple of engineers to call to give an estimate Several said they had no boilers in stock and another said it would be next year As we had no hearing or hot water we wanted to use a reliable firm who would come out quickly to resolve our problem From ringing Phoenix Gas they arrived the next day explained the problem provided an immediate quotation and we set the date for installation I had curtesy calls during the week and the day before the engineers came When they arrived they were smartly presented and prepared the house with floor and table coverings to protect our home They installed the boiler within the 2 day time frame advised they cleared up any mess and left the house clean and tidy As soon as it was completed we were given full operating instructions and courtesy calls the following day and week later Excellent service and workmanship Thank you

Having booked a service with British gas a special offer at 99 I was contacted by Debbie at Phoenix having my previous services with them to say my service was due Turns out their price was cheaper than B Gas anyway even more so if you take out a 3 yearly offer I booked my appointment for next week but within an hour I was contacted again to say a cancellation had come up and duly had my service done that afternoon I can t speak highly enough of Debbie and her team so I took out the 3 year offer that worked out at 72 per service Excellent Dom who was the service engineer was lovely explained everything clearly did a great job and even put a couple of batteries in the control panel as it was virtually dead What s not to like Unfortunately trying to cancel with B Gas was a nightmare but well worth it in the end Well done Phoenix and thank you Su Zie Silverdale

Gas boiler serviced 23 5 23 Engineer arrived within the agreed timescale and was very pleasant and efficient Even showed me how to adjust the heat temperature flow to the radiators Easy to make appointments and always very accommodating Staff very pleasant Overall very pleased with the service provided

Excellent service from start to finish The office staff were very friendly and helpful thank you ladies The survey was done promptly and the engineer arrived on time as arranged the follow week All my carpets were protected and they got on with their work Very polite and helpful all the mess was cleaned up I would recommend Phoenix Gas to anyone Thank you
