Although ultimately i did not use them happy with my experience

Although ultimately i did not use Phoenix that is no reflection of the excellent service I have received from them The boiler at home packed up January and after a quick google i contacted Phoenix and they had a rep around with 24 hours Ryan was polite professional and knowledgeable No hard sell just straight sensible advice The quote was available within an hour and it was better than i had anticipated They confirmed that it could be fitted within 5-8 days I received a follow up call to check i was happy Decent company to deal with I chose a local installer however he was slightly cheaper but ultimately he could turn the job around a lot sooner which was my priority due to the time of year the boiler had failed

Over the moon

Couldn t of been happier with the service from the sales rep who came out and the engineer himself Firstly it was easy to choose the right boiler for us after speaking to the rep Helped me choose and broke down what we would be doing payment wise No complications at all Secondly the engineer who fitted the boiler Local lad very easy talk to and quickly got a long with him which made the fitting easier rather than treading on eggshells trying get past or make small conversation He left absolutely zero mess and asked before he had to re route a pipe and showed that it wouldn t be a visual problem I would 100 recommend these to anyone

Old cylinder and tank system

Old cylinder and tank system removed Logic combi fitted by Mick Only four star but I give Mick 5 star Mick was very helpful and professional on a very difficult changeover one system to another Nothing was too much trouble for Mick Mick went the extra mile when difficulty arose The only reason for 4stars is that old electrical wires had been snipped and left untaped and unidentified Also the old thermostat left in place and a few other things I thought the agreement was to remove the old system entirely but hey-ho a good job done nevertheless Ps thanks Mick for putting up with my awful sense of humour

Central Heating Boiler Breakdown Our central heating boiler recently

Our central heating boiler recently stopped working we have annual service contract with Phoenix who installed the boiler some 10 years ago We phoned their service department and they had an engineer out with in hour The problem was overcome with new boiler parts installed and we were up and running in no time I can highly recommend Phoenix Gas Services for all your plumbing servicing needs Ray Podmore

Would recommend them

Though the part took a while to source but once Phoenix got it they acted quickly Billy was friendly and efficient and the job was finished to our complete satisfaction
