Unprofessional

Terrible at arranging appointments They send a letter with a prearranged appointment and encourage you to ring to make another if you re unavailable on that date But despite doing so they will still turn up on the original day they arranged knock the door and leave a threatening card in the letterbox when you obviously can t answer Very unprofessional

Failed to attend second appointment by pheonix engineer today despite a text at 9 00am saying engineer was on way to us Rang them at 1 40 pm to be told firstly we where not booked in for today Then made excuse saying an engineer had attended and put a card through This is a complete lie as we have looked out front every car door we have heard and both being smokers have been smoking out front to watch for the supposed engineer A complaint has been forwarded to our landlords whom employ these failures As a failure in duty of care towards tennents If roles where reversed our door would come off to allow access Absolute shambles

The engineers are friendly and helpful

The engineers are friendly and helpful but I ve just spoken to a girl in the office who treated me as if I were mentally challenged or a child when I phoned to check the date of my gas service A shame as most of the office staff are polite and don t patronize you I didn t get her name but she seemed to treat me rather patronizingly because I rent

The absolute worst company I ve had the

The absolute worst company I ve had the displeasure to deal with They installed my air source heating system and in conjunction with E ON and it has been one problem after the another It s taken 6 months to get the new heating system in working order without constantly breaking down Furthermore they don t have anyone on call out of office hours Therefore when something goes wrong with the heating system and it does regularly you have to wait until the following day or after the weekend to be able to contact them

Worst company ever

Worst company ever COWBOYS AVOID The plumbers are great did a good job One radiator still leaking after supposedly being fixed Wont have any communication what so ever with the occupants of the home Constantly claim theres been a miscommunication even though I ve not been able to speak to anyone Claim the job is finished even though it is clearly NOT Engineers not turning up til gone 10am claim its travelling time Builders turn up 11 45 take a look then announce its dinner time I would not employ this company to load my dishwasher Save your money an go elsewhere RUBBISH

Very poor customer service

Signed contract for installation of gas boiler told given a date within 2 weeks Had to ring after 3 weeks to be told not installing gas until late 2023 Asked to speak to Manager was told they would be back within 14 days five weeks ago - still waiting on call Very poor customer service by management Double-check everything before you sign

3 broken appointments These bunch of clowns are a joke I m stuck with them because they sub contract to the housing association I rent from Waiting since beginning of March for them to repair heating Its now mid May AVOID AT ALL COSTS Incompetent Un reliable Useless

This company are a nightmare - AVOID

This company are a nightmare to deal with They fail to communicate with you in a timely fashion don t turn up for appointments don t let you know they are there by ringing the doorbell when you are in - I was in all day on a Sunday the day after they claim they called which they didn t Then they sent me a letter informing me of an appointment they arranged unilaterally that only arrived on the day of the appointment which I only received after I returned from work They then did the same trick again and have now told my landlord I have refused entry 3 times when I have done nothing of the sort Now my landlord is accusing me of breaching my tenancy when in reality Phoenix Gas Services have made it impossible for me to comply and have quite frankly lied to my landlord If you have any choice in the matter please do not deal with this company There must be much better more reliable and trustworthy companies out there who will just turn up when they say they will and won t make your life a misery for no reason The stress of this has been awful The worst thing is I am a disabled person doing their best to go to work and I don t need the stress this company has caused me Avoid at all costs

Awful company rude unprofessional never

Awful company rude unprofessional never turn up when they say they are Tell you that they are coming in the morning turn up in afternoon despite being told not too or harassing you will non stop calls then tell lies and send threatening letters and when the so called engineer turns up the so called boiler service lasts about 2 mins and just taps on the boiler and checks alarm and says everything is fine and goes Total bunch of cowboys chosen by a useless housing Association

Not really worthy of any stars We were due to have solar panels installed today by Phonenix but received a phone call at 8 30 am to say they had cancelled Phonenix are not interested in customer satisfaction Even their area manager ignores emails sent to him trying to resolve the matter We had no say in selecting this installation company the work was outsourced by EON but if you do have a choice avoid Phonenix
