Excellent service

Have had these guys out before for boiler servicing through housing association but today had an emergency so they had to be called out They sent a lovely guy who was friendly cheerful efficient professional Sorted it immediately Thank you young man you was brilliant Would definitely recommend them

First class company

First class company We were very impressed We changed our service maintenance company over for our boiler to Phenix Gas services After a member of our family highly recommended them to us Our engineer Andy was very polite friendly and hard working he replaced our magnetic filter system and serviced our boiler He even called back before leaving the area to check with me if my Mother 82 was please with the work he had done on our boiler He was very considerate We would highly recommend them Foursquare ST5 0SS

Phoenix Gas is fabulous

Phoenix Gas is fabulous Very polite helpful courteous on the telephone nothing is too much trouble They are efficient at returning calls and their engineers let you no in plenty of time their ETA The Engineers themselves respect your property they explain everything they are doing and why the problem may have occured I highly recommend this Company for any problems that may arise with your Gas Boiler

Landlord used for years

For the last few years my landlord has used phoenix gas The engineers are always polite sort any issues very quickly I had no heating or hot water within 24 hours they d fixed it I m autistic and on my own with my children so having trusted people in the house is a massive thing I d definitely recommend phoenix gas

Highly recommend Phoenix Gas Furlong Road Tunstall for excellent service From original survey done no chasing left for us to contact and even though a few months later after other work carried out we were booked in within a few days for a boiler replacement at original price quoted Fitting engineers and electrician were brilliant quick and efficient no messing work carried out all within the day and site tidied The outside wall made good a few days later done perfectly bricks matching Couldn t be more pleased Thank you

Annual gas safety check

We had our annual council gas check today and the council use this company addie sorry if I spelt name wrong who works at our local branch which is Oldbury went about professional and made sure everything was safe if only everyone was as professional and safety conscious as addie was A credit to the company he works for and a really pleasant guy explained what he was doing and the reasons why Would give addie ten stars if I could

Phoenix Boiler Service

Phoenix Service our central heating boiler which they fitted without issue several years ago every year Always rock up broadly on time quick thorough cheerful Costs have gone up but so has everything and we are still paying less than we did prior to having this boiler fitted so can t complain We strongly recommend them and neighbours have used them to fit new systems so says it all really

I was struggling to get a plumber

I was struggling to get a plumber My boiler had stopped working and i had no heating or hot water I rang phoenix I spoke to Mike who told me they had no availability at the moment but he said he would call me the following morning However he rang me back and he thought he knew what the problem might be and ask if he could talk me through how to check He talked my son through it and wow everything started working Mike dident have to do that but he was great and patient Just as I was beginning to believe no one helps anyone anymore and he saved me time and money Thank you Mike very kind and as my son said a diamond
