Very disappointing expereince

I ordered a phone from you and took out a new 24 month contract The phone itself is excellent and the cost of the contract is also fine Delivery was on time safe and secure However your representative told me that although he was unable to help me keep my current O2 number and transfer it to the new O2 phone it would be a simple matter to do this by speaking to O2 This has turned out to be very far from the truth and I am extremely disappointed in this matter Had I realised this at the time of ordering the phone I would not have proceeded with the purchase Based on this experience I would not be able to recommend your company to anyone

Avoid This Company Please Read

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 on a 24 month Vodafone contract and about 14 days ago I lost network connection To cut a long story short it turns out that the phone has been blacklisted by 3 network as being one of their clients stolen or lost phones I contacted phones co uk about a week ago to get this resolved and now they won t contact me to discuss further It could be a simple mix up or it could be that this company sells lost or stolen phones I am left believing the later as I am being avoided All I know is that I am still under contract to Vodafone have an expensive iPhone that is about much use as a chocolate tea pot and a paying for something I can t use Please think long and hard before using this company as I don t want anyone ending up in my situation After all there are plenty of alternative companies to choose from Be warned

I was called out of the bluwasnt offered the best plan e to upgrade

I was called out of the blue to upgrade my phone after being with them for at least 2yrs I agreed a new 2yr deal but after looking into it I can get exactly the same deal 12 a month cheaper elsewhere I feel duped and will be cancelling my contract first thing Monday morning Dissatisfied

Extremely poor customer service Incapable of following up issues with their own courier When I found out what the issue was with DPD and passed it on a missing clearance from their side they still weren t able to resolve it Seriously avoid at all costs

Started out by getting my upgrade

Started out by getting my upgrade however phone was faulty and returned it Email said O2 had cancelled contractToday s message from O2 was I owed them 832 55 horrendous as I had sent phone back and they had cancelled contract This needs exposing as they are at it Second phone also returned because no one prepared to allow me to keep my old number even with a PAC code I am about to start a new business and this has cost me a fortune because I cannot keep my original number losing clients by the day So very stressed and no one seems to care Today I am so stressed it s beyond belief supposed to be launching my new business tomorrow Rev Elizabeth Malaney

My online upgrade was paused then cancelled when I called to find out why and a new contract was set up instead of an upgrade I was told it would not be a problem to migrate your old telephone number- just phone O2 Still waiting after 2 phone calls and 4 days An upgrade would have been simpler

Disappointing and dishonest DO NOT USE

I spent a long time researching my options and chose affordable phones I was diverted to phones co uk Very friendly young man sold me a refurbished pristine condition iPhone 11 with a new battery On arrival it looked great Battery at 85p c So not new Settings display unknown part alert So I m guessing a non Apple screen replacement had been installed They knew what they were sending out Returned at my cost Not good in any way No apology Added They cancelled without giving me PAC number AWFUL business avoid

Never again

Despite being told by the customer service rep that I was to reimbursed 117 Vodaphone are still going to charge me for the A1 Comms mistake How is this ethical and I hope that they sort this out All this despite having to return the faulty handset And to make things worse I am being billed 715 by O2 Please would someone anyone help

My experience was not a good one at all I could not understand what the agent was saying at times because of the language barrier I kept asking her to repeat the question and she seemed quite irritated I then explained that they spelt my first name incorrectly and asked her to adjust it I was presented with a few options I could go on line and change it or I could post the details In the end I decided to post the details A txt came through with a link and a fax number Inside of the company s address She was not helpful and needs to retake a course in customer service I was not happy at all I hope I never have to speak to her again when I call up for assistance
