Cannot make contact - Faulty phone 3 months later

iPhone 6 was in hot demand so not too bothered waited week for it However email to them just asking how long likely to wait was never answered Did get no stock update every 3 days or so Did upgrade would be handy to have instructions on what required to do as was newbie at this still waiting on number being transferred to new sim Beyond me why you can t use sim already got as using same mobile company they just update contract details bizarre

Item not in Stock

Quite difficult to get hold of email correspondence does not work and have been trying this for a week now on and off I have also rang and there is a long wait to get through the new iphone is out but there is still an existing base of previous customers still haven t got my phone fixed this is 3 months old and faulty thanks

Good deals hard to contact

Ordered my phone after the website said it was in stock but then had an email a few hours later saying it was out of stock I had to phone them up they couldn t tell me when it would be in stock but I could try a different colour Changed from black to white and had to pay a pound a month more for the privilege Staff were friendly but wont be using them again

Kelly

I bought two contracts including phones and received next day which was great However one phone was faulty when it arrived not a problem I thought I picked up the phone to arrange a replacement only to find that every time I phoned it said due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot take your call I have no other contact number so I now have to just wait with a phone that does not work Very frustrating

Mis-sold then slightly fixed my deal

The sales person Kelly was excellent in all respects He spent a long time on the phone with me to ensure I got the package I wanted involved 3 phones These were all upgrades but sadly the automated limit of 2 new line purchases at one time was not over-ridden and so one of my phone contracts was cancelled Kelly was unaware of this error until I called him and then he sorted the problem in minutes which was great However my 13 year old daughter was very disappointed to have to wait an extra 48 hours for her new phone

Great phone company awful delivery company

I got sold a phone with a great deal which i was happy for i changed my Network from three to EE and was told theyre was no upgrade 30 day notice period or extra charges as i requested my pac code to change network i was told this takes 30 days and i need to pay a final bill ive now got 2 contract running at the same time they did however repay me some of the funds towards my monthly cost i am still missing 10 but this was the best they could do

Good service from the Phones sales

Really excited for my phone to come great deals But I m really disappointed with the delivery I ve been waiting over a week for it to come And I ve now been told that I have to wait until next Tuesday to pick it up from the depot Happy with the customer service from phones co uk as they have been as helpful as possible But as I said disappointed with the delivery company

Customer service is amazing from this

Good service from the Phones sales team very pleasant Shocking service from delivery partner DPD they offer upgrade for a premium of 5 on delivery to guarantee an am slot useful when you have things planned Then they don t deliver hopefully my two new ordered phones arrive tomorrow No fault on Phones UK guys don t click on upgrade for you delivery though

Nice quick easy process but be causious

Customer service is amazing from this group second phone purchased from them always recommend them to family and friend just wish their delivery team valued customers as much as they did Supposedly next day delivery but waited 4 days for them to tell me they won t deliver to my shop despite changing the delivery address over the phone which has led me to have to attempt to pick the phone up myself

in the first i have the nokia 8 3 5g

Nice quick easy process sales rep wasn t pushy even when I declined insurance due to having cheaper cover elsewhere he still offered me a month free phone insurance just to comer me while I set my new insurance up Amazing right until I checked my bank statement and saw that I m paying the above insurance that I didn t want so this company basically set upA direct debit which I didn t authorise not so amazing
