Sent wrong colour phone

My advisor was brilliant everything was fine and I would of given you a full 5 star rating but when I got my Email this morning I received the time of when my space grey iPhone is coming when I had ordered a black one Other than this really inconvenient mistake I was pleased

Cash back claims

Finally got some cash back after 2 months of nagging I still don t understand why they didn t get it right first time Perhaps they were hoping I wouldn t be persistent I will give them the benefit of the doubt on the grounds that I finally did get cash back Hopefully I won t have to have wait so long for my next lot of cash back assuming everything is in place

Nightmare

Nightmare After a call from them to tell me i was due an upgrade i ended up with a cheap nasty hanset which i promptly returned I cancelled I then took out another contract with them on a different network Some how i have now ended up with 3 bloody ongoing contacts Old network and phones co uk are passing the buck Have given 2 stars as im hopeful the lovely guy i spoke to on the phone today might just be the one to come to my rescue

Contract upgrade EE

Contract was not good value for money after looking around Upgrade took over an hour waiting on the phone to get through to somebody Finally got a little better incentive thrown in Wouldn t use again People were nice and polite though cannot fault them at all

I actually got a better deal elsewhere and when i rang to cancel my order i found the staff to be a little pushy I was sure i wanted to cancel my order but the agents just kept on pushing talking about things that were a little alien to me i managed to get through to them that i just wanted to cancel the contract and the call ended with the agent just hanging up Rude

Shop around

Wouldn t speak to me about any other phones was pushing me into buying iPhone XR I asked if they had any cheaper deals on as I don t go through that much data but he said there was only one for 2 cheaper a month with EE with half the data- yet I go on other websites and find the same deal for 15 a month less Will be returning the phone in my cool off period Shop around people

Sadly I am still waiting for my phone

Sadly I am still waiting for my phone to arrive my new plan has started and my phone was due to arrive 1x day after signing up to my contract After the 3rd day and still no confirmation email or call to suggest delay I had to contact myself to be told the phone will arrive Thursday as there s been some sort of hold up I wasn t made aware of what the hold up was but however the person was very nice as was the other person who took on my order in the first place Its now Sunday and still no phone I am disappointed in this part of the service

Was told that I could port my existing

Was told that I could port my existing number to my new contract What they forgot to mention was because the contract was on the same network it s not that simple Rang 3 they said I will have to port it onto a payg sim first for a month then port it from there onto the new contract What a carry on Maybe your advisors need to be better informed Will not be using this company for my next upgrade

Mis sold contract

Sold me an EE package that didn t include the items listed Upon contacting I was told my call would be listened to Nobody ever came back I was left at a financial disadvantage Phone was delivered quickly but seems once sale is made not interested in you any further This was my 3rd and last renewal that I will do through phone s co uk

Bloke on phone was alright says I d have my old number back by 20th still not got it 10 days later Can t even find how to get in contact with them
