Although I wasn t allowed to take advantage of the flash deal that had been emailed to me I got a fairly good deal on a new phone as an upgrade from my dim only deal It is disappointing that new customers are allowed to have significantly better discounts then loyal ones However Anna was superb and her good customer service made a difference to the outcome

Great deal for phone and unlimited data and also prompt delivery However the plan extras claimed in the Phones co uk offer receipt 6 months free Sport Apple News Britbox etc did not appear as promised Complained to EE and they said were they not included in the essential plan despite what Phones co uk had claimed and as they were a third party company they couldn t do anything about it

Good service from your team good communication and explanations How ever I was a bit disappointed on price as my wife got the same deal on phone and data package and was 5 00 per month cheaper with ee and she has higher storage on phone I pay 44 00 for each phone so 88 00 in total and she pays 39 00 and didn t have to haggle price down like I had to from 47 00
