Damaged delivery - no response from the company

We have ordered a lot of boxes from this company and they are very good However this time several lids were broken and the co0mpany has not responded to my feedback

Rough handling by carrier

One of the lids was broken The package had been roughly handled and the cardboard box crushed on one side relating to the breakage of the lid of one of the boxes

Delivery is too much

I would order more from them if the delivery cost was not so much It states FREE delivery within the UK Northern Ireland IS part of the UK 45 delivery is scandalous

Disappointed with the quality of the

Disappointed with the quality of the jugs they struggle to hold the volume they should The handles are flimsy and one broke Customer services sent a replacement but it was a bit mean to send one when they come as a set of two Chose you because supporting British made but the quality is as poor as the Chinese imports

Repeat customer first time I m disappointed in the products

Great process received the boxes quickly One lid was broken and the replacement was free and arrived quickly Dealing with the shop was fine - just the quality of the boxes was pretty disappointing The lids are very flimsy and I wouldn t chance stacking the boxes with more than a few kilos in them which given that I d ordered large boxes would mean leaving them mostly empty

High postage

Product are slightly smaller than I was expecting but better than being too large Perform well - easy to clip closed and to unclip But my real bone of contention is WHY do I have to pay in excess of 14 for delivery to Northern Ireland I would have bought more boxes to avail of the free delivery on orders over 50 - but it doesn t apply to Northern Ireland Outrageous Date of experience is estimated

Not as good as they looked

Great experience fast delivery boxes looked amazing till I put stuff in them and stacked they take no weight in them before they become wobbly I should of got the sizedown as these are just to flimsy and opening the bottom drawer when stacked is not easy as it already pops up due to weight on top wouldn t buy again but customer service ie ordering delivery was good

I understand that you are representing a smaller team regarding kit exposurePossibly giving more availability to said kit especially at key exposure sales time of year regarding Xmas sales Otherwise I can only say that I have had a a good response and delivery for what I have been able to order

One set of boxes arrived all very badly damaged The good news was your company replaced them all although I was expected to get rid of five huge broken boxes myself The carrying company took the broken boxes back when the new boxes arrived
