Good products good packaging fast delivery terrible labels that come off in layers and then bits with gunk all over your hands and left on the products Takes forever to remove when you have a large order and it is so frustrating I ve tried a hairdryer and chemicals I shouldn t have to do it It is not rocket science and the person in charge needs to be addressed They are aware of the issue but nothing has changed since complaining months ago Update 10 2024 nothing has changed if you want to deal with sticky gunk and labels that don t peel off plasticboxshop is your seller Also some items listed on website as unavailable - email me actually never come back in stock This again is just frustrating

The actual box was ok and good quality The problem is that it was advertised as a lockable box but you could only lock it in opposite diagonal corners Which meant all you had to do was lift one of the corners that wasn t locked and access the entire contents

Misleading information regarding the shipment for orders over 50 is not free for Europe as announced unless you have an importers license So the only option for Irish customer is to shipped via Addresspal and pay the extra sipment cost and Vat So add around 20 to the cost

First order wrong ones my mistake so ordered correct ones Wrong were collected at same time of 2nd delivery 10 working days later still awaiting refund despite promisses it will be sorted

Boxes arrived with a broken lid I contacted sales by e-mail with photos of damage immediately but have had no response in over a week

Bought a few boxes which were fine but later found out that they re made from newly produced plastic that isn t recyclable This company is making from scratch tonnes of new plastic products every day that won t be recycled or biodegradable Having read the exceptionally rude dismissive outright gaslighting responses to all one star reviews I do not think it s worthwhile writing to the company to express my concerns about the products I ve received

Knowingly manufacture and sell defective products Their sister company manufacture Wham boxes Due to competition they have cut costs Customer services don t care Unfortunately due to manufacturing costs our sister company who makes the Crystal range of boxes has had to make changes to them to keep up with our competitors They are still our most popular everyday general use box STDs are popular it doesn t mean I want one They are so flimsy especially the lids they break on first use Also roughly finished If it was a shop I would take them backAs Gerald Ratner said How do we sell them so cheap

Problem with their order system and disappointing customer service who charged me 10 for their system error Ordered blue lid boxes processed payment and then after taking my card details it then said could not place order item out of stock So then started again and ordered the green lid boxes got order conformation and waited for delivery 2 sets of boxes arrived so immediately called and explained the problem and was asked if I wanted to keep the blue or green lid boxes I said you blue lids were out of stock and I only received 1 order confirmation They arranged collection and said they would refund me This did not happen so had to contact them and said they would pay on the next payment run Eventually got my money minus 10 Unbelievable when it is their system error Will not order again nice little earner if doing this a few times

All 3 boxes arrived SMASHED TO BITS Totally unusable Terrible packing Would never purchase again Although I have photographs and proof of PayPal payment They will not replace the item nor refund my money I didn t buy them from Amazon or Ebay I ve checked Bought directly from this company Customer service started out helpful but qickly became ignorant and obtusse Very untrustworthy and dishonest company They clearly have stolen 34 from me I guess that is how they do business I strongly advise you to think twice before purchasing from them
