Rubbish rubbish again rubbish Flimsy and thin Bought 37L Crystal Plastic Storage Boxes with lids packs of 5 Wanted to store some of mine and my kids clothes They break and snap easily when lifted the lids do the same Actually dangerous because the edges become so sharp then I have already thrown 5 out and I don t think it will end there So disappointed and out of pocket I feel I have been conned

Alot of the boxes came broken very cheap material

The box I received is good quality However the size is much bigger than A3 and so it does not fit where it was planed for It is quite a lot bigger than alA3 and bigger than advertised

I telephoned to make an order firstly and more importantly I needed the delivery to follow my specific instructions which consisted of unbolt the gate don t leave the gate open due to dogs close and bolt the gate upon leaving Having respect and common sense for the delivery I felt should be a natural process The girl I spoke with assured me that my instructions would be followed and the courier company has a good reputation Delivery was an absolute joke of which I have posted cctv of this on social media also posting a review of the issues on DPD on Truspilot Having contacted the Plastic Box Shop I spoke to the girl who I had originally spoken to to place my order having given her befor the order my specific delivery instruction before placing the order Due to the delivery I asked her what delivery instructions she had forwarded to the courier I received a feeble answer that basically felt more of a basic recollection of my discussion prior Yes she apologised and told me she would contact the courier service and add me to the email I received which unfortunately I can only explain as a friendly happy email between the courier and The Box Shop interaction which seemed more like these two as being friends with a little after thought of acknowledging my distress and worse still a comment of if the courier is found to be any fault how insulting And stating he will have further training Which we know is both insulting and not going to happen I was boxed in by the courier at my own front door and gate left open for my dogs and puppy to escape Courier services are part of the experience of purchasing If I make a point of giving specific instructions it is for ease of a good positive delivery While also receiving a good purchase experience for my purchase to determine further purchases So no both companies deserve 0 stars I would not use either company again On top of this The Box shop pack items with no inside packaging and seal with plastic straps and no tape So when you cut the straps and lift the box up you do not realise that their is no tape at the bottom of the box So lift the box and your items immediately fall out of the bottom That s intellegance bypassed by this company So they use plastic straps So they cannot use an excuse of helping the environment by not using tape they are just Dumb Why would you not tape up the bottom of a box

Initially our experience was good A lid arrived broken these things happen but customer service were very quick to send a replacement which was great We initially had some concerns about an unpleasant smell the boxes were giving off but were assured this would go if left to air out which we duly did Three months later the smell from these boxes has not gone at all and not only that it s tainted absolutely everything stored in them Not ideal when it s all children s clothes and toys Now this may be a three star review if the smell were nothing more than a nuisance but unfortunately since using these boxes both our children have developed skin complaints requiring specialist appointments After removing all their clothes and toys from the boxes and washing everything their skin has already cleared up a lot I m shocked because we ve used many of these boxes over the years even of this same brand and never had this issue before with the strange overpowering smell To their credit customer service have provided us with a lot of safety data that we can take to our next specialist appointment for further investigation However as the company only has a 30 day return policy we ve been left with a large number of boxes that are unusable the smell is awful and I wouldn t even want to give them away and inflict them on another family Out of pocket and pretty miffed at the whole experience

Unfortunately very poor quality storage boxes unable to use them so have donated to local charity shop There were some scratches on the surface on a few so looked very second hand Also very disappointed with the delay in delivery but also was unable to track the progress of my delivery which was disappointing Also was concerned that the order once finally delivered arrived in a huge box which was very unnecessary as the items took only 25 of the space within this huge parcel This company should consider using appropriately sized parcels for deliveries because of its impact on the environment Should of used a medium size parcel box for the order I was not satisfied with the whole customer service experience and will avoid shopping at plasticboxshops in future and will look to other retailers with better service quality

Items arrived damaged

Don t ask me for a review when you deleted my original post You did not effectively deal with the issues 0 would have been my rating

I ordered two large plant pots a broom head and handle form Plasticboxshop They all arrived quickly and in good condition but the broom handle did not fit the broom head despite the advert stating that it fitted all broomheads of that particular make I tried everything I could but the thread is different So I started a Return process and was informed that a return of goods which are not fit for purpose would cost me 6 No apologies no regrets no seeing this problem as an opportunity The concept of Customer Service is totally alien to this company As the broom handle only cost 2-50 it was completely unrealistic to even think about prolonging my dealings with this outfit by participating in their returns process In future I shall look elsewhere for any products that I might have bought from Plasticboxshop

One of the boxes had the round locator broken off Packing box flimsy and bashed in Had to drill hole fit nut and bolt to small end NEVER AGAIN
