The lids I ordered along with the boxes didn t fit completely the wrong size I would have thought that might have been noticed and communicated ayes to me as I clicked the link re lids available so thought they would be suitable

Unfortunately the stickers were so

Unfortunately the stickers were so robust they left a sticky residue and a rectangle mark on the box So unfortunately I could not use the boxes as hampers for customers Perhaps stick the label on the bottom of the box so no marks are left I did buy white vinegar but that didn t remove anything either Sorry to leave poor feedback

Still don t have my product

Product was exactly what I wanted at a good price BUT I still have not received and am very unimpressed by the delivery service used Yodel Missed delivery redirected to neighbour who I always home missed again now waited almost a week for redelivery to a new address Very disappointed Can t review product until I receive it

Boxes lids were cracked

Two boxes were cracked Four lids were smashed The cause is simple they didn t put enough bubble wrap in with the storage boxes to protect it during transport

Fast delivery but two of the lids were cracked and broken even though the packaging was pretty good I bought them to move house with boxes I already had and so it meant they were completely unusable - I would have returned them but no time with moving I wouldn t buy again

Badly Made Lids

Usually fine in past orders although I must say the Wham 80L box lids are awful and just break up so easily They used to be stronger but for a long while theyr still brittle And same with this most recent order is the lids are useless These recycled black lids don t even clip properly on my boxes with missing lids bc they all broke up I got black lids bc the old black lids from the distant past are strong and hard wearing but these new recycled black lids are useless Should have just bought the clear or smoky ones I guess tho the clear ones are trash anyway Shame bc the old lids were strong Complete waste of money

WASHING-UP BOWL

Unfortunately the bowl I ordered wasn t really large enough but wasn t worth returning as the return would have cost more than the bowl The bowl itself was of good quality but still looked far too small in the sink

The delivery was a complete disaster

The delivery was a complete disaster Firstly I had message saying delivery next day and this never happened so they said the following day Waited in for the time slot given still no delivery Only to find the courier had delivered it according to an email received The problem then transpired that it wasn t delivered to my address The wrong house number had been given to the courier although I had given the correct number It then took me a further 2 days to track it down myself to get the package

Intrusive and repeated review requests

A good product a good price and a good response to an item broken during transit In that response I d highly recommend BUTDespite ticking the boxes for no marketing contact since placing the order I have recieved emails roughly every other day asking me to leave a review for this company To sum up great service if you can live with the amount of intrusive spamming that will result from using this company

Felt tricked

1 Was expecting 5 boxes as advertised Frl 4 came 3 One lid cover was completely broken Not good
