Gas engineer was fantastic

Gas engineer was helpful friendly and did what he could to solve the the problem with our boiler The only downside is that our Premium cover doesn t include a replacement heat exchange panel

Great service provided by the Boiler Engineers who attended our property Plus heat kept us informed on progress on service and subsequent repair of leaks Overall very satisfied with the whole process

Sean rectified a renewal qoute that plus heat was saying I had to pay way too much to renew my quote Only thing was he said he will email me the new revised renewal quote which I have not received

They kept me Advised as to what was happening however they were difficult to contact by telephone in the early morning as

Prompt service

Had an issue with a leaky pipe under bathroom sink Looped around the automated telephone system a few times before someone finally picked up but things were fairly smooth after that Call was logged and email text notifications appeared promptly Last little bump was paying the excess charge for the call out which required setting up an account in a different job tracking system but once in the payment was made easily Plumber arrived the following morning Sunday and sorted the problem very quickly

Sean was v helpful company not good

Sean was v helpful but I m not at all impressed with PlusHeat and how they seem to get out of everything I try to claim Apparently a Nest thermostat is not classes as part of the boiler controls this is not mentioned on the list of items covered in my contract - v poor service

Annual Boiler Service

Organising the Annual Service was a challenge especially online Not easy to find the relevant section to request service Day of appt I received a call cancelling the visit due to an emergency with the engineers family New date agreed 1st November Text received confirming new appt but a different date to that agreed 2nd November Engineer arrived on the date agreed over the phone Weds 1st Nov and not on the date confirmed in the text Engineer was polite friendly and completed the check in a timely fashion My only concern was that he had no shoe covers to use I am in a 3 storey property with carpeted stairs the boiler is on first floor Unable to remove his work boots as in and out to his vehicle

Good firm with some minor issues to iron out

Plus Heat use very good engineers both of those that have done work for me have been open honest friendly and completed good quality work The virtual site survey could have been better They forgot to call me at the appointment time and told me I needed a condensate pipe installed when there was already one present They managed things in a quick time frame but their computer system sends out lots of erroneous emails that don t make any sense Overall they are a good firm and I am happy with the quality of work they provide
