New boiler erected

New boiler erected a few problems at the time but otherwise completed Though because it was a different type of boiler we had to buy a new freezer because of the size of the new boiler our old freezer wouldn t fit back under it I have had to call the boiler man back because of a leak but that has been fixed Normally I don t have a problem with PlusHeat

Well I ve had difficulties with Plusheat but the man spoke well with me today Not all the staff I have spoken to have been as good

Very good The only thing is the customer experience team are quite aggressive I had several phone calls requesting feedback and some even before the job was done It was rather annoying I would rather be informed at the end of the call that I will be sent a customer satisfaction survey then the numerous calls I received The service form the plumber metal rod was great He was very helpful Someone was sent out to me prompt as soon as they had established I had a young child in the property

As reported heating engineer attended on time etc but didn t know WHAT was blocking pipe Next time it happens if it does please send an ACTUAL plumber who might know what the black sludge is that blocks the pipe Otherwise brilliant service

The really positive thing is that the phone is picked up promptly Blake did not realise at first that Pest Control was part of PlusHeat or he had just been dealing with boilers but he soon got the information The service was excellent clearly spoken and with a sense of humour - but professional He understood my needs and got it sorted

Michael was very good as he tried his best to resolve and clarify the issue successfully I had made payment for a Standard Landlord boiler and central heating cover which was 259 79 and I paid this with my credit card However the feed back page stated having deducted 311 00 I was unhappy as to why you had taken 311 00 when I had authorised 259 00 Obviously there is something wrong with your computer system This experience did not leave a good impression with me as this was my first dealing with you I hope that your service will be much better in the next 12 months

There wasn t any live response at 6am or earlier i did get a returned call around 9am which was satisfactory
