What a shame minus stars don t exist as this service does NOT even merit one star This government department is a front for theft My package was returned to Arona from Milan as I had packed some cosmetics I was sending to my home in France The hotel I d stayed in sent a staff member to the post office to remove the cosmetics and then the parcel was supposed to be sent to me However this never happened - they stole over 500 euros of clothes that I was sending home No answer to my calls no explanation NEVER send a parcel from Italy I had sent one from Greece 2 weeks before also with cosmetics and gifts and it arrived in 3 days Italian postal service is the worst I ve ever experienced Quelle honte

If it was possible to give a zero star rating I would The WORST and most least helpful postal service I have ever dealt with and it seems to be a common problem More often than not parcels are lost and the parcels that do arrive are often partially open One of the local drivers is also a danger to the community driving like a lunatic Look at the reviews maybe make some changes and be less amateur

I send parcel on 2nd December 2023 from Italy Milano to Ranchi India today is 17jan 2024 I never received my parcel in india I send so many emails to track and forword my percel but I always got some nonsense reply this is very bad and poor service I am so disappointed and frustrated with this worst post Italian I don t know what is a confusion I have send the email or sender details reciver details but still there is no update My gifts and cloths are inside that which I was supposed to wear on Christmas and it s almost more then 1 month I never received my parcel may I ask this post Italian team to kindly check my parcel and please send it to me My tracing No is CPO93017227IT

Posted a small suitcase from UK in September via UK Parcelforce It got to Italy 4 days later 5 months later it still hasn t been delivered No attempt to deliver it or contact the recipient despite the phone number being on the address label The suitcase has now been in Milan since 14th December supposedly for return to UK Official email enquiries from UK Postal Service are deleted without being opened or read Phone calls from English speakers are hung up on I work in UK Postal Service I know chasing this has been part of my job Quite why any operations bother to partner with this particular bag of Italian corruption is a good question There is nothing professional about this organisation Update 20 March 2024 After weeks of pursuit it appears that this item was disposed of by Poste Italiane a month ago So just to recap no attempt made to deliver item or contact the recipient with the supplied contact information No attempt made to return the item to sender via UK Parcelforce Item disposed of read contents shared out WITHOUT ANY authority they should have referred to the consigner Parcelforce UK before any such action No such reference took place Tracking information not updated since 14th December 2023 nor any indication given as to the intended direction of the item If you are reading this I would beseech you not to use Poste Italiane or any company that partners with them You will be most unlikely to see your possessions again Absolute Scum

If I could give one star I would This company is the national embarrassment of Italy No one in their right mind would use them It appears as though most of the employees are thieves since packages never arrive and if by some miracle they do things have been stolen from them Don t bother sending postcards buying stamps etc because nothing is ever delivered

They said they had delivered my parcel but that is not true There were three people at home that day There is no way to contact them as the line is always busy Cannot even phone the post office because they do not answer Considering the number of bad reviews what the Italian Postal Police doing about the problem poliziapostale There is no accountability whatsoever This is not the first time a parcel was marked as being delivered but I did not receive it Appalling service from a public entity

A simple letter sent to Spain on December 5th 2023 by posta prioritaria internazionale has never been delivered We are at the end of February 2024 They are useless and incompetent

Just downright atrocious postal service I called from Korea to ask rough estimate of shipment date of an item that was still in process and guess what I got A consultant who hung up the phone because he couldn t speak English Isn t an attendant supposed to at least try to serve the client or seek out someone else who speaks English I lost all my respect to this postal service due to that poor treatment I got Stay away from this deplorable postal service everyone
