First the Young Lady in Sales and I am sorry I can t find my notes I took and Her Name - She was very kind and very very helpful with my order - the truck is a Mexico Assembled Truck and she found the work around to get my VIN input on the engine Then Accounting Ms Pat - she went out of her way to get all the information input into an email for me and there was a lot of info and different slots for her to input the information These Ladies were Very Professional Courteous Helpful they did a job that I used to hire people in my company to do that same jobs and I expected this kind of service from 1972 - 1998 from my employees and when I saw this kind of service I rewarded them I gave them periodic raises to show my appreciation for their owning it going the extra mile to make sure a customer was well satisfied Respectfully Ronnie Irby

Spent 3 days contacting a dozen engine reman company s across the USA Calling Power train was a lucky one This company and their engine turned out to be the best decision for my Truck Steven Butz was great and follow up and delivery took extra time because an older V10 Ford engine Worth The Wait cannot hear the engine running during idle Dealing with a dozen other company s learned quick trying to load older year engines with block differences on me to buy Steve is very honest making sure your engine or transmission needs fit Plug Play Buy from Power train talk to Steve save money aggravation and time

Our truck was stuck at the dealer 2 weeks waiting for a transfer case At recommendation of my local shop I called Powertrain Products Hetty took the vin and t-case asembly number confirmed the part was available and made the quote 12 00 noon on Monday 8 28 The t-case arrived at the dealer at 10 00am on Thursday 8 31 Less than 72 hours from initial phone call to delivery Excellent service will definitely recommend Thank you

We ordered our engine on a Friday and was told it would be here the following Wednesday The engine arrived at the destination on that next Monday 2 days ahead of schedule Making the install sooner than expected Great customer service I also gave the info to a friend who owns a repair shop He looked through it and was impressed He said that he figures on doing business with you based on price and delivery Thanks again for all your help
