I bought one of their lil plants

Edit on further inspection of ring camera I can see the delivery driver was very careless with the parcel have changed from a 2 star to a 4 due to me believing this is a shipping problem I bought one of their lil plants little did I understand how little they d be I received what looked like a single leaf cutting with a few leaves at bottom of the box Great packaging though

Item took a while and pot was smashed

Item took a while to come received a message from DX stating delivery in 3rd May waited in all day Called DX that evening and they arranged delivery for 8th May item arrived on that day unfortunately the terracotta pot was all smashed when I opened it and earth was very dry plant fell apart I have repotted and hope it picks up More an issue with delivery than the item

The plant and pot I ordered were Areca Palm and Sand Dale ceramic pot

The plant and pot I ordered were amazing value for money and the aftercare I received from the customer service team was excellent The only drawback is my delivery was very poor which is the fault of the courier not Prickle My order was delivered several doors down the street from me and the courier didn t even bother to reply to my email instead the great team at Prickle had to get to the bottom of it Shoutout for Jessica and Craig for that

Very quick and courteous delivery

Very quick and courteous delivery Can t fault that Both plants were in excellent condition very well packaged although both were 5 cms smaller than the lower advertised height Therefore a bit smaller than expected Not worth making a fuss about it as like I said the plants are very healthy looking However I would size up next time

I would actually give 4 5 stars if it was possible

Great plant - strong healthy and bigger than we expected and at a good price too - very much liked by recipient Two little niggles as it was sent as a gift I would have liked the option of having a gift message included with the plant delivered earlier than expected even though we tried to amend the delivery day with the courier This could have been a problem as not everyone works from home these days An accurate delivery date would be useful Other than these two minor issues a good plant experience

Zebra Prayer Plant

My zebra prayer plant was delivered quickly and in reasonable condition Lots of the leaves have brown yellow tips and some of the leaves were ripped A little bit disappointing but not enough for me to want a replacement - overall the plant looks good and the bits that are in good condition are a vibrant healthy green colour

Quick to resolve issue

EditedThank you for your response and also being very responsive in processing the refund Impressed by your customer service I will be minded to make purchases in future OriginalI purchased three plants out of which the Musa Banana Plant came damaged with a leaf smashed Also couple of days in and the plant has developed black spots which I understand is a fungal issue The plant should have been checked before sending

First order success

This was my first order with Prickle Plants and I was impressed with the speed of delivery and the packaging of the plants One or two leaves had been crushed in transit but other than that I m very happy with the condition of the plants Much easier to buy online than trawl round local garden centres who don t have what you want in stock
