Plant quality is exceptional

Fantastic communication when you have an issue I spoke to Ryan and he was very helpful The plant I have got was very healthy no complaints at all Still awaiting another 3 but I don t think quality is an issue The reason I haven t given 5 stars and only 4 although it seems like a small issue overall its because I didn t get any updates on delivery I don t know which courier service delivered my first one I didn t get a dispatch email or a time slot sent to me by the courier as I usually do and I like to be in the know and make sure I m home or have arranged a safe place When your dealing with live plants you can t be too careful This won t stop me ordering again

Delivery was super quick so an early

Delivery was super quick so an early birthday present which is great My Aunt is 80 and had some trouble unwinding the strings but got there eventually and she loves it

My Boston fern is absolutely beautiful

My Boston fern is absolutely beautiful It arrive in good condition in spite of the fact that the courier surface didn t deliver it for 5 days Prickle did try to rectify this and I will definitely order from them again Hopefully delivery will be better second time around

Decent would probably buy again

Brought some plants as parts of their recent 3 for 2 Lil plants deal and they arrived quickly and well packed But the soil was extremely dry so bear that in mind as they need urgent care on delivery

Absolutely love my plants I received

Absolutely love my plants I received only downside is my little pink plant arrived to me on the brink so I m hoping I can bring it back from this but not so sure However the rest of my order were in good condition on arrival and very well packaged for the journey they had I d recommend and with just the one wee plant having an issue I would order from again only down fall I have is delivery pricing of 7 50 for Northern Ireland if I m not ordering over 50 to get it at 3 50

Prickles website is easy to navigate with an amazing array of houseplants to choose from in varying sizes I ordered a baby prickle plus a pot to be delivered to my mum in England the delivery itself was swift with updates along the way The only small snag was upon delivery baby prickle had slowly tried to crawl out of pot and was barely planted in earth a little TLC sorted the problem as replanted baby into new pot also purchased overall a great first experience with prickles and I will be using them again to add some prickles to my own collection in N Ireland Thanks guys

Green fingers here I come

Eventually found what I wanted though quite a few items were not available Items were mailed quickly but did not take account of Royal Mail s inability to deliver in the 24 hour window So items quite poorly by the time they arrived 3 days later So far they are still alive and I am happy with the purchases A bit more earth and water might have helped them survive the journey Would have been helpful if information on how to care for the items arrived with the plants
