Great service very good to be able to actually talk to knowledfeable people about the order and discuss needs etc Very friendly staff Very transparent regarding deliveries and delays and packages are shipped quickly arrive on time and well packaged All the above is the reason I am a repeat customer there and keep using them

Impressively fast processing and delivery

I had an order for the product at another supplier but they were severely delayed When I saw proshop had the item in stock I ordered it there and it was delivered even faster than planned I placed the order at 10pm and started receiving notifications of packaging within 45min The item arrived less than 48h later

Everything works fine You can calcel modify your order after buying until shipping I had a question and customer service handled it quickly They had sent the package very secured way For example they had created own very secure paper case to HDD to avoid any damage Extremely recommend

Incredible customer service Took my return 60-days after purchase

Incredible customer service I received two motherboards in my order Thought I was lucky and was planning on giving the extra back once I finished my first PC and knew for sure that it was a duplicate Two months later I realized that the mistake was on my part ProShop still took the return back despite being way passed the 30-day window Cannot thank them enough

Have purchased a few items with ProShop primarily because they end up having the best deal on the item I m looking for Why they get 5-stars though is because how well they handled a return errand on one of the products Super simple Clear instructions Set the right expectations and handled it all very promptly Highly recommend ProShop

Be a pardon for before

Fast shipping very good buildquality and apps easily installed Mi Home and m365 Tools No problem with hills even with my weight 90 Only thing I m not satisfied with is that factory tells it is for peeps 18-50 I m 63 and havent had this much fun outside a bed for years Hips and knees is easily replaced nowadays and I highly recommend every pensioner to get one
