Slow Shipping

The shipping was extremely slow via Postnord They changed the delivery date 6 times and every change was done at the very last minute just before their delivery times I lost a good amount of office time as a result of this incompetence One of the reasons to choose Proshop was for the fast shipping but that ended up being very bad I had to do repeated follow ups with Postnord and Proshop just to make sure my shipment was not forgotten The product received was in good condition and has not given me any issues So that was good

I bought a pair of headphones which were of very disappointing quality As I purchased them through my company I could not return them even though I offered to buy a more expensive product on their homepage Neither friendly nor helpful support service I will avoid this website from now on

High amount of return fee

Be aware if you shop from Sweden they demand 99 Swedish crowns for a return I will not buy from them again for there are a lot of better options

I had a claim with a product I ordered but my request was answered with a canned response and I was asked to contact the supplier for this issue althogh I just asked for a little compensation since I could live with the claim Delivery was good though

I got the wrong product

I ordered and paid for a LifeProof fre case for a Samsung Galaxy S5 I received something else some electrical wall mounted socket However I got in touch with their support and got a refund They were quick to respond and Maria was especially helpful handling this issue At first I didn t get the whole amount refunded but that was sorted out too by email-contact
