Unfair and misleading selling

Unfair and misleading selling practices I found the Bosch washing machine I wanted to buy online was not available immediately on Worten so went to Radio Popular site which said it was available I bought it and only afterwards in the confirmation email did it tell me that it was temporarily unavailable and the order might take up to 30 days I would never have bought the washing machine if I had had this information clearly in advance You may fool me once Radio Popular but I shall never buy a product from you again

extremely irresponsible retailer

They are a very irresponsible retailer and their delivery sucks They promised to have your goods installed but then the delivery man says they will come back for installation and no reply hereafter The shop said it is not their responsibility and they ask me to install the machine myself - saying it is easy If so why need to buy from them No point at all They are not helping and ignoring your issue so you can only go back and forth at the shop again and again The issue still not yet solve It is a very bad company

Terrible experience

I routinely buy everything online and have never had such a bad experience as with Radio Popular I purchased a product that was delivered on time but on the first day I discovered that it was defective The problem was reported less than 24 hours after delivery and they refused to refund the money

Even the order is available for delivery it took 3 weeks to deliver the laptop Tried to order the controller also available for delivery - got an email also in 3 weeks that they don t know when they can deliver it All it after you call them several times If you have a choice where to buy or need stuff soon that s not your choice

Lack of support service

Refrigerator ordered in May from Guia R dio Popular and delivered on time Paid for an engineer to reverse the door opening direction Received a phone call and date arranged for engineer s visit on 30th June It is now nearly the end of October no engineer visit and I have been back to the store in the intervening period I was told I would get a refund over a month ago No phone call received from store Why don t they train the delivery guys in installation instead of relying on some faceless centralised no support system I didn t believe the reviews I should have

Beware buying headphones from here

Bought a pair of headphones jbl Tunes 510 50 but were too big took them back wouldn t exchange or refund listen to this hygiene reasons There are no notices saying no returns or exchanges for these items the manager refused to speak just repeatedly saying company policy

Dishonest business with shady business practices and fake discounts sales

Sells items with open packages as new Refuses to accept returns on new items Inflates prices shortly before Black Friday and no VAT days sales

I bought a Hisense 50A6BG TV from their shop in Cascais I explicitly asked the consultant for a TV with Android or Google TV and she recommended this model To my surprise it was not the case The TV uses some rudimentary thing called Vidaa which doesn t support any of the services I m using - Stadia GeForce Now Now I m forced to use as a monitor with another device like Chromecast with Google TV or equivalent with the full package of spending more money using two remote controls etc from the age of cable TV and STBs I can t decide was it intentional or due to incompetence Most probably both

If I could give 0 stars I would Ordered an oven dishwasher and dryer from RP on 27th June Oven said that it would be delivered in 5 working days and the other two items in 2 3 days It s now been almost two months and I have none of the items They keep saying they are waiting for the oven to reach their warehouse - why advertise it as available if that is the case Been emailing them asking for updates with poor responses I just called and they said that they tried calling me on 16th but I have no missed call nothing They didn t try to follow up with an email either Their logistics and customer service is embarrassingly poor Will never be ordering anything from them again
