Worst incompetent company
Worst incompetent company I have ever across Didn t attend my property for three weeks following a drainage leak in my kitchen despite requests from my insurers When the contractor did arrive he argued that there wasn t a problem because the sewage leak had dried out - really surprising after three weeks Accused me of lying when I stated that the company had tried to contact me before even though both head office and the call centre had admitted that there were requests from my insures on their system but for whatever reason they had failed to contact me Contractor was also unaware that the laminate flooring had already be deemed a loss by the loss adjuster and could be removed Purpose of the visit was to lift the flooring and sanitise the area they were under the impression it was to check the floor was dry Flooring was contaminated but contractor couldn t comprehend why this was a problem Am having my house renovated and I couldn t get a workman during the 3 weeks to go near the flooring because of how it was damaged so I know that asking a specialist company to remove it is not strange Still have contaminated flooring in my kitchen as its supporting the sides of my kitchen units Would have thought the company could have found a way around this but agreed for it to be left as by this point wanted the contractor out of my home more than damaged flooring I will pull up a piece of undamaged flooring to put under the units- not hard to figure out Was made to feel that I was over reacted to the extend of the leak as the leak wasnt obvious However it wasn t obvious because it took them 3 weeks to arrive

With regards the Norwich Branch Rarely have I had to deal with such an incompetent company all round The insurance company got them to call me with regards to a sewage leak that needed clearance It took them a long time to get round to ringing and the staff member was unhelpful with regards to the timings of when they could come The guys arrived a few days after so I had cleaned most of it before they arrived They were made aware that someone was coming to sanitise after her attitude made me realise they weren t a company I would want to deal with myself But they only managed to lift half of the lino as they didn t have the right equipment with them to lift it Although the little chunks they left were easily lifted by the foot of the guy who came to sanitise One week later they have just completed the task but not left in any condition to have the new flooring put down at all Even our insurance company are appalled by the service from the Norwich branch they had only used other branches before

It took over a year to fix my townhouse
It took over a year to fix my townhouse after a flood The quality was so poor they had to redo things multiple times some things never got done right They took so long I had to do a lot of the work myself Then it took them 336 days to get the insurance company the closing invoice so I could get the money they owed me be done with them

total incompetence and untruths
I was introduced to this company following a flooding at my 16 century farmhouse and never in my life have a dealt with a company whose communication skills have been less than truthful and whose promises have not been fulfilled They assured me that my treasured 120 year old rug would be cleaned and well cared for when they removed it after leaving us with no carpets or flooring and bare floorboards for 10 weeks now after promising for its return on 5 separate occasions it has suddenly been lost and I am told it will not be returned it has been handed down through 4 generations and it is the only thing I possessed of my mother who died at 36 and now it is lost This is awful and I get nothing no apology nothing at all Please do not trust this company with valued possessions

WOULD LEAVE A 0 STAR IF POSSIBLE I DEALT WITH JUSTIN AND HIS GUYS JUSTIN WAS FAR FROM INCAPABLE RUDE DISHONEST AND DAMAGED MY PROPERTY AS A WOMAN HE TRIED TO FOOL ME ON MANY OCCASIONS THEY HAD A CARPENTER THAT HAD NO TOOLS A KITCHEN FITTER THAT DIDN T FIT KITCHENS OR QUALIFIED S PAINTER THAT COULDN T SEE THEY MEASURED THE KITCHEN WRONG AND LEFT MY FLOOR DAMAGED AND TOO SHORT TAKING FLOOR FTOM UNDER MY WASHING MACHINE AMTICO AND CUTTING IN STRIPS TRYING TO STICK DOWN WITH SUPER GLUE THEY DID THE SAME IN BATHROOM FILLING FLOOR GAPS WITH 3 INCHES OF MASTIC THEY DAMAGED MY PROPERTY AND AFTER AGREEING TO PAY DENIED DAMAGE THESE GUYS DON T HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY RE DOING MY INSURANCE LOSS ADJUSTER ADVISED ME TO CUT MY LOSSES AND FIND MY OWN WORKMEN I HAD A CHRISTMAS WITH NO HOME OR FURNITURE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS

promises but cut corners didnt even turn up makes it difficult for my insurance left without bath toilet and hot water stating they never knew i was living without essentials environmental health tried contact but they refused to speak talked more about his business being furloughed etc even though i saw him most days working asked for a copy of damp report refused stating i dont pay his wages the insurance do so wouldnt give me a copy even though its my home and i pay my insurance recorded this conversation as i knew they were trying to get money for works they hadnt really done stating they cleaned but they didnt i did it Dont be fooled whilst you are vunerable I am disabled without a bath or shower since feb his excuse was covid
