Quick delivery reasonable prices but I think that s reflected in quality of the product Worktops and splashbacks Look lovely and as described on the website Worktops were purchased in gloss design and they re looking fab in the kitchen but are not design to be used in the kitchen unless your kitchen is just a show room not scratch resistant actually worktops are very prone to scratches so I m disappointed with them

Easy ordering way excellent Customer service attitude quick delivery at the moment can t say nothing about the quality because the worktop and splashback still not assembled but give you 3 stars because the delivery way it s not right it s not a normal customers women to help the driver unload these heavy things Also the worktops are not packaged enough security splashbacks are ok

Bit disappointed that I needed to help
Bit disappointed that I needed to help the driver lift the worktops from his van to my garage I am 71 years old and recently had a heart stent apparently the other options were the driver takes the tops back and we rearrange another delivery time with someone to help the driver or he takes them back and you send someone else with the driver at a cost of 80

Poor quality item
Poor quality item should have just picked up one locally Long wait for the item and the worst part was they sent a toilet roll holder on a lorry for delivery Even the driver was shocked It could have easily and no doubt been a lot cheaper to have sent it via Royal Mail

Easy order made very difficult
I cancelled the initial purchase on same day of purchase and bought the more suitable product later after hours on same day Got a refund in store the day after when I called in All appeared fine fast forward 8 days later to my chosen delivery date and the driver comes with the cancelled order I then find my online order had been refunded to me the day before and had to pay again over the phone or my order would not be fulfilled Not totally impressed with the purchasing experience it just made a simple transaction soooo very frustrating Mr McFarlane Glasgow

Great product slight blip in service this time
Ordered two free samples which failed to arrive phoned to enquire if they had been sent Very pleasant lady assured me that they had but may have been lost in the post so arranged for duplicates Received a note from Royal Mail several days later informing that they were unable to deliver due to insufficient postage payment Had to collect from depot and pay excess postage plus admin charge Product Selkie boards are fantastic however and I would highly recommend them

Delivery needs improvements
Worktops are very good and as ordered Arrangement for delivery where driver to deliver does not work My husband had to help with 4 1m breakfast bar and worktop and it was too heavy for even two people Driver dropped it due to weigh and damaged Needs at least 2 people from Rearo for large size orders

I have recently refurbished 3 bathrooms a small cloak room and a shower room and ordered a lot from this company who have delivered on time and all products good My only criticism would be that I asked if they could give me a price to send some products to SPAIN and even though I rang and was promised I would receive a email with costings I never did
