Called to arrange delivery spoke to someone and they arranged for 5 days time That day arrived and shower screen never came emailed only to be told no one had any recollection of me calling dispute me sending them the call log Got accused of lying and had to rearrange delivery for 4 days later Do not use them Item arrived with chipped edges also Avoid

Despite great customer service over the phone post order And when arranging delivery the delivery driver was totally different Rude unhelpful and didn t follow agreed procedure recontacting is 30 mins before arrival saying comments like what do you want me to get a fine for using my phone while driving When I emailed the company to complain I have received no response Poor service
