Rearo wall panels 2 4 x 1 2 m are not as easy to install as it seems Unless the walls are perfectly square the joins are difficult to match especially in corners Only a small error causes the board to fall out of the very narrow trim therefor not getting the desired seal and showing an ugly board edge The only remedy suggested by others in the trade is to use a corner profile which covers the board on the outside Cutting is not trivial either especially if a small correction needs to be shaved off the edge Any tips on that in the installation instructions would be welcome Fitting in small spaces can be awkward too with the boards being so huge Larger bathrooms with handling space should be easier Tiling would defenitely be a quicker solution in my case

Very long delays plural over delivery Builder arranging to attend to fit work top we had to contact them to see if delivery would arrive Promises to ring back never happened Told it was a new branch not up to speed yet

you need better contact on the phone i sent 3 emails and 3 phone calls but the girl from cypris took the order but did not pass the message on so i had to ring you and go through the order once again then i received a text saying i need to have 2 men on site to unload the 10 sheets when in fact each panel is packed sepperate so no need for 2 men i lifted them myself and i am over 70 I was told you could not take an order on the phone which is quite mad One phone call would have solved the problem Lets hope you alter things so the next time i order things one phone call is all that is needed

Getacore Worktop
I recently bought Getacore worktop from Rearo and upon its delivery noticed some left over glue on the work surface and dull unfinished trimming I contacted Rearo and was told that this was normal with this worktop and that I would need to buy polishing pads - I was never told this previously when making my order I fully expected a finished product especially at the cost and have now had to buy polishing pads Rearo seems to be a customer friendly company however be aware of this product and non advice from Rearo I am happy for Rearo to contact me regarding this purchase and review

Missing Items
Product was ok but the delivery came with two items missing They were couriered the next day but arrived to late and we had to buy replacements locally to ensure job was completed on time Unfortunately I wouldn t recommend Rearo due to this issue

With reference to my recent purchase There was a slight problem with the quantity ordered which was sorted out with Pam in your Nottingham branch Pam was very helpful and I will be placing a future order in the near future What a pity that the Newport branch has closed

Good service Bad product
Good service with a very quick delivery But wouldnt use again Pvc wall panels i bought have now started pitting Surface is flaking away Over 12months so no warranty and i will have to redo the bathroom to make it look right 1000 in labour total waste

What I ordered online was not available I was told Had to then buy more expensive item Sample I requested never arrived despite being told that it would be sent recorded delivery Discovered that the wrong address but correct postcode had been used Am still awaiting refund for online order and going through credit card company to get it back Delivery driver had to ask for help to unload and had the cheek to ask if he could keep my pen as he hadn t got one Fobbed off with excuses Will not use again

Great Customer Service Poor Quality PVC Panels
Great Customer Service Price but unfortunately the PVC panels did not connect and was left with unsightly lines 1 was 2 5mm i was sent some colour matched silicone but the lines are still visible Seamless at the top and bottom but almost like warped in the middle The answer i got when i complained The Quality in the manufacturing can vary I just wish they told me this before i purchased But they were very quick to reply to my complaint and did whatever that could to help
