The delivery time scales are only given once you have paid and are 2-10 working days My order happened to be 10 days There is no option to pay for carriage for a quicker delivery When I emailed to request an earlier delivery date my email was ignored and it took me 2 days of phone calls to get in touch with the person that was supposed to answer my email Once I did though they were very helpful in bringing the delivery date forward

Buy elsewhere - not worth the hassle
Instructions missing parts missing over an hour on hold waiting to speak to someone one person cut me off Promised missing parts on a particular day - had to chase up - then told they would come the next day When they came they had clearly only been posted once I messaged to say where were they were as posted on the day before on 24 hr delivery No shower for almost a week - well done Soak It s a shame I m happy with the actual products

Inadequate packaging
I ordered a single pack of cladding fortunately I only needed a single panel as there was only one undamaged panel in the pack To be fair I did not contact the company as I had what I needed but the packaging is inadequate to protect anything as delicate as pvc panels in fact the packaging consisted of a single urethane cover with a bit of cardboard at each end

Dont listen or communicate
Firstly whats good is the products themselves along with prices Whats bad is the lack of communication you ask questions and nothing you ask for samples and nothing Then when you tell them that you are on single track they send large lorry which takes out neighbours wall apparently they knew it was a single track as driver pointed it out before he left for delivery

Where to start Boards do not close when joined together always left with a small gap and join is very noticeable I had purchased a colour match sealant to use in the joint but it was still visible I then had another problem when one of the boards sat a couple of mm proud of the board it was joined with After a phone call with the manager Sean least said about that the better it was eventually agreed that I would be able to swap the board in question The warehouse guys brought the pallet of boards out and first 3 boards were the same as the one I brought back We eventually found one that had same problem but not as bad Guys commented they had never seen this problem before Took nearly 2 hours out my day to return the board so lost money and time Boards are cheaper than Grant Westfield and Mermaid but there is a reason as to why this is I would rather pay extra money per board for a better finish and less hassle moving forward Peter at front desk folk who take you calls and the boys in warehouse are great but the boards are the issue Maybe time to go with a hydro lock system

While the original customer service was first class the problem occurred on the day of delivery We are both over 70 years old and did not appreciate the size the breakfast bar was going to be or the weight of same when asked if someone would be available to help the one delivery driver in with the order we agreed As mentioned my husband found it most difficult to carry and a neighbour had to come out and help My husband did lose his grip of the BB onto his knee and a small corner of the BB was damaged by him This was witnessed by the driver and a neighbour Once the driver had left on inspection there was a deep scratch in the middle of the breakfast bar Luckily this piece was able to be cut off by my joiner as it was not required I sent the 2 photos to notify the company more to alert them of the damage not caused by my husband and also mentioned that I think they should be advising customers of such heavy weights in case they do not feel able to assist the driver I do not feel that I received a satisfactory response s to my emails and would therefore not recommend this company albeit the quality of the work tops and breakfast bar is excellent

Disappointed
After purchasing worktops and upstands from Rearo I was disappointed to find the same products substantially cheaper elsewhere Rearo don t commit to a price match policy they said there was nothing they could do as it was after purchase had been made Delivery was delayed however was kept informed

Materials arrived dirty and damaged
I like the product but the Materials arrived dirty on all sides and damaged on the back face The finished sides of the sheets look not to be damaged but hard to tell with the dirty marked protective film The back face of one of the sheets has two indents that penetrate about 2mm into a 3mm thick sheet and for me this has degraded the value and possibly the life of the product and will therefore require a replacement

Hi Service was fine and fast
Hi Service was fine and fast my disappointment was I bought 19 boards 18 external 17 internal trims I wasn t told that it was square edge boards and required joining trims I had used your product before and it was a click joint Thought the sales rep could have pointed this out
