Their PVC wall panels are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
I have done two of my bathrooms from floor to ceiling with rearo wall and roof panels Expensive One has been great but unfortunately my en suit I used the Ancona PVC wall panels and my full en suit is now peeling flaking off and looks horrendous Not even 2 years old The laminated panel has a 10 year warranty but unfortunately for me the PVC panels only have 1 year warranty so literally all the company could offer was a small discount on new panels bought from them I would literally have to rip out my full bathroom walls plaster board flooring the lot after not even 2 years and all they can say is sorry your warranty is out but we could discount new panels Its ridiculously expensive to do a bathroom I am so disappointed and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this company and their PVC panels they are clearly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE Who do you know can completely re do a bathroom after a year and a half

If I could give 0 stars I would Product may be absolutely great but the customer service was horrendous 1 panel came damaged on a corner not packaged great in my opinion Customer services refused outright to take any responsibility of this

I Have had a installation of wet wall
I Have had a installation of wet wall panels that have appeared to delaminat I have been installing wet wall panels for years and never seen anything like this from this company or any other brand that I have used But on this occasion it appears that the fault lies entirely with the installation According to Rearo As a company they will not admit that there Products could have a fault in any way There inspector just wanted to blame everything on the installer rather than say that there could be a problem wilth the panels The information that he passed back to his office was also incorrect and he failed to provide answers and photographs or videos that shows all the defective areas The office that he reports to have no idea of the extent of the problem as he has failed to correctly pass back information that is critical in making a proper assessment On a call to there office the Sales person said I can t make a assessment as I haven t seen all the information that he should have been given from there own inspector and that I should seek leagal aid for advice and pay for a independent inspection from a third party Sadly as a small independent company I feel that they are trying to fog me off and put me in a position where i have no where else to turn

Placed an order on the 27th September 2021 worth 322 Payment was taken and order was acknowledged by email On the 30th September I received notification from my bank that 322 had been refunded into my bank account To this day I have had no notification from Rearo as to why and order is state as shipped which it hasn t Very poor communication and wouldn t recommend

On visiting your Govan showroom I was overlooked as soon as the male tradesmen entered the premises This happens often at Howdens As a female landlord of several properties I am very hands on with DIY and I could have benefited from some good advice regarding wet wall bathroom installation - but felt I was imposing Coincidentally I usually spend around 10k at Porcelanoca on bathroom refits but wonder if my custom is welcome at Rearo I look forward to your response

Be warned - Versatile metro tile panels not as depicted on brochure
Having used plain panels previously we decided to use the versatile metro tile effect panels in another bathroom Disastrous result - awful large trims and several of them causing the appearance to be ugly and as if we had undertaken a poor DIY project We had to take them off and spend even more money on having real metro tiles applied The brochure very cleverly does not give any indication of the size of the trims required how poor the width of the panels are in achieving a seamless finish or even a picture of the product used at scale Don t be mislead as we have been as it has caused huge unplanned costs

Really poor Order not placed correctly Builder lost 3-4 days work as a result of broken promises and assurances of stock arriving on several different days No compensation given Happy with product but very very poor customer service
