Came quite quick good phone only fault

Came quite quick good phone only fault phone cover and phone sent out independently and even though sent separately came a day later if all had been sent by good old post both would have been next day post always better than couriers

Nice phone

Nice phone - and good recycled packaging too Just 4 stars as delivery slower than promised Ordered phone and a case on Saturday - the phone case arrived Tuesday so I had to contact Reboxed to find out why no phone It arrived on Wednesday - so 3working days after my weekend order

I was delighted to have a sustainable AND cost effective choice

I was delighted when i came across reboxed I love the sustainability ethos and the whole customer experience has been excellent The only reason i put 4 stars is because the phone received a Techscore of Great but when I use the speaker on calls the other party looses my voice every so often for a few seconds I will try it a few more times and if it persists I will contact them about it But overall very happy and would use them again

The phone was in great condition

The phone was in great condition BUT the 24hr dispatch didn t happen in fact it was 3 days later before it was sent Communication is the biggest issue waiting all afternoon for a response with online chat then watching it being turned off at 5pm and being kept in the dark as to why the phone was delayed It leads you into thinking have I been scammed The screen protector was also missing and took almost another week to obtain In summary - great product if a bit over-priced but as they are recommended by my SIM provider I was happy to pay the price But communication is generally poor and slow unless you get in first thing in the day don t expect a response until the next day or two

Phone arrived just as advertised and the color happy about it The only issue is if my battery will last as expected battery health was 94 when phone arrived and just a week checking on it again was at 92 mind you I hadn t finished transferring my data from the old phone on it yet All in all great

Would purchase again

Phone arrived within days in excellent condition with no scratches Some very minor marks around outside edge probably caused by grit under a phone case Battery life was at 88 which is a little lower than I would have liked

Was honestly a little wary buying a second-hand phone without seeing it and handling it first But it is like a new phone Description was honest and accurate Would recommend reboxed to anyone wishing to purchase a second-hand phone

Orders take forever to be processed

You do not get your Tech the next day It took a whole week to get to me Their customer service is super slow The fact that theirs no phone number makes it even worse Notwithstanding I got my package and everything looks fine

My husband told me wrong handset info when we sent it off to be assessed Totally our fault Emma was extremely helpful in sorting out the issue and resending out all documentation Payment received this morning for handset which we are more than happy with Would recommend to friends in future

My order number is 14675 I haven t received my order for the iPhone 13 yet It has been practically 1 week I also haven t received an email about wheather my order has been dispatched yet Absolutely horribleUpdate - A few hours later I received my tracking information now I m just waiting for my delivery 2nd update - received my phone bought the iPhone 13 in premium condition and looked flawless The only issue I had with this company was how long it took to process my order as well as delivery
