Beware of their regrade quotes Sent in an immaculate iPhone 11 Pro with not a single scratch on it had screen protector and case on since new and was regraded as faulty - heavy wear and tear and quote revised from 299 to 60 I think not Declined phone returned full IMEI check to make sure it was mine as trust went through the window and then traded in with Music Magpie - no issue and full payment received for Grade A Then received emails from Reboxed informing me they still hadn t received my phone despite them already sending me it back

Took my money but then said they couldn t process the order Had to wait 3 weeks for a repayment

Absolutely horrible experience with Reboxed Was given a quote for my phone sent it in and of course there was a problem which is undisclosed resulting in an almost half price requote I advised to send the phone back and literally no response to my many emails Online chat no response either They still have the phone and you cannot call these people They have no number Edit I have now found a number for this company and guess what - An automated message all day long saying all their operators are busy helping other customers Nice way to treat your customers - 020 3879 8410 BE WARNED - no communication and no way to contact them as they don t reply Should be banned I AM NOW SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE Edit Don t be fooled by their response I ve had no email from them at all even though they say they have responded I ve emailed them every day for over a week with no response Also looking deeper into the address they give you to send your tech it s registered to another company so this is truly worrying Please DO NOT USE REBOXED to sell your tech you ll regret it Funny how they ve responded today after I tweeted their CEO whom by the way hasn t responded

I want to give more stars but I m actually really sad and disappointed with reboxed I ordered a new phone but they sent me the complete wrong phone Not only had this set me back hundreds but also I m still waiting and I m also heavily pregnant thinking this was going to benefit me Reboxed have dissapointed me so far It I m choosing to wait and see when my new replacement device will arrive They also didn t offer and compensation or even an apology which was very sad

I want to love Reboxed for everything they want to do for the planet and I m happy to wait a bit longer to receive items so as not to burn through carbon to get them to me in a rush But they ve delivered two supposed top quality phones that didn t work They were replaced but it was all so slow and the communication was really poor Please get your act together Reboxed as what you re doing is important

Paid for 2 iPhones - received one - no explanation or contact from Reboxed - had to contact them - no phone number so only email - no one ever there for online chat so after hours of waiting you have to use emails Eventually got reply saying they d look into it Then some time later another email saying they had missed it off their picking list The colour I wanted not now available so went with a different colour Then nothing from them despite many more emails requesting they let me know what was happening Very poor customer service causing a great deal of anxiety If they d only inform people what was going on rather than keeping them in the dark You hear so many reports of phones and money going missing - it s really not on for a company that tries to present itself as being a slick organisation to go on in such an unprofessional manner

Because They were unofficially recommended by Smarty Three I thought i d try to buy a new phone for my daughter paid for 24 hour delivery almost 30 hours later and no phone no confirmation that it has been dispatched and as most of other one star reviews have discovered no way to get in touch This company should be reported to trading standards because they are scamming people out of money

I m disappointed that you have no guidance help for people who aren t tech minded

Reboxed did not post my order for 3 days and there was no update on third day night I received email asking for photographs asking holding my ID card utility bills etc Even though Full payment was made It seems like Reboxed isn t a genuine company

Ordered an IPhone 13 Pro Max on Friday 24th Nov - I still haven t received on 4th Dec Admittedly there was a problem with my address so the initial delivery was cancelled but customer service is literally non-existent nobody responds to emails or instant chat Last interaction was with a bot chat saying an agent will be with you in a few hours - that was 2 business days ago now I m utterly in the dark with where my phone is or when I should expect redelivery Don t waste your time with this company - pay peanuts get monkeys
