Frustrating experience - quality of supplied phone did not live up to expectations Refunded without issues so all ok but all a bit slow and a waste of time

I am very happy with my new phone I think it was a good price and suits me However I was somewhat disappointed that the battery was not very good I was told they should have at least 80 capacity When I checked mine was at 79 I was offered the chance to return it under warranty but I chose to keep it

Looks good sounds good underperforms Will I give them a second chance you say - I did and the disappointment continued It s unfortunate and these things happen but I have been put off from buying a recycled phone I purchased an iPhone 23 fair condition 4 days later I received an email telling me it was out of stock The initial representative didn t handle the situation in the best way a senior colleague picked up the issue The communication was better I received updates and like the Christmas miracle some stock arrived The phone was with me following the conversation but it had poor quality signal crackly sound on the phone s earpiece and never charged to an acceptable all-day use level The returns process you ask about Simple to follow slow to respond if it s the human touch you and confirmation side you re after Maybe I was unlucky but it s a no from me I wish the company luck as they continue to improve Good luck Rebox Maxumab whoever you truly are

Despite being told that my order was on a 24 hour delivery I actually waiting about a week from order to delivery I had to chase the order I wasn t told when it was dispatched However the phone itself was perfect

This is difficult to write Re boxed itself were helpful and listened but their first distributor DHL were awful and never did what they promised

My order took a long time to arrive and I didn t receive any emails about why I started receiving emails asking me to provide feedback before I even got my phone

Ordering and delivery were great but the guarantee appears to be a total con You have to register to get it There is a system but it does not work and I have had no response to my complaint

The phone was in fair condition as marked by Reboxed I didn t think with a fair condition phone you will have functionality issue I gave it so I couldn t even return as it would be a hassle for me but the issue was when you press lock key to unlock the phone most of the times it displays greyish black screen and you can t unlock the phone The workaround was to keep it locked for a bit longer and try again Next time I will surely not get something marked fair condition product

I m very pleased with my refurbished iPhone 12 which is in pristine condition and works very well There were however issues with a discount I was offered and unable to apply and the fact I was charged for delivery when the website clearly advertised free delivery

Delivery was poor Ordered on the Thursday and paid for express delivery as we were going away on holiday Delivery date came up as the following Monday but not delivered until Tuesday Very poor service and not what was promised
