SCAM Unauthorised charge

Hi they are not even worth 1 star I hired a car from this company when I was in Alcudia Can Picafort back in July 2022 last year We returned the car and already paid the rental fee through my credit card at the time before we went back to our country The company and their staff has my card details and they confirmed we don t owe any fee and all the fees have been paid and no damage on the car when we returned Now I just checked my credit card statement and I was charged EUR49 90 in Dec 2022 by this company The transaction displays as the supplier name Alcudia 1 in Can Picafort How come my credit card is charged with this unauthorised transaction without my consent and no communication from the company at all THIS IS FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION processed by this company to my credit card At the time I travelled to Majorca and rented the car was 6-7 months ago How this transaction is charged now 7 months later and I should not owe anything everything has been paid upfront Don t use this company it is a scam

Very disappointed

Very disappointed with their service I arrived to collect my hire car this morning 93 for a VW Polo for one day possibly the most I have ever paid for a budget car only to be told they have over booked and I need to either Cancel my booking or change the date So they mess up and it s me compromising I thought Spain was a first world country clearly not Avoid

Dirty car and not useful service

We leased a Jeep Wrangl from the office in Alcudia and paid 135 for one day We decided to return the car after half a day cause of the poor condition of the car The car was SO dirty and have not been disinfected COVID-19 og cleaned properly for a long time Also when we tried to close the roof the split in the left side when of function and the roof couldn t close I can t recommend this company to anyone

I have rented a Mustang for my wedding photoshoot On them internet page is showed a new and nice Mustang I got an old ugly worn out with a lott of body damages and a gasoline smell inside After I proved my truth they just ignorig my letters

Rented a car for around 120 euros for a day This is in my eyes an expensive price There were no technical issues with the car but there was an almost empty gas tank I thought at first this was a coincidence but two other costumers the same day got a car delivered with around 2-3litres of gasoline in the fueltank We went to the nearest gas-station and filled around 20 litres in the tank since we did not know how much fuel it would take to drive around mallorca in one day We only spent around 5-10litres My conclusion is that this company likely is scamming costumers for gasoline and deliberately siphoning gasoline prior to delivery This seems disrespectful to the costumers and in my eyes should be illegal I recommend renting a car from another company

Overcharged

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Vanrell Car Hire in Majorca Initially I was charged twice for my car rental which was a significant inconvenience When I requested a refund I was met with silence for eight weeks Eventually I received an email stating that they had charged me for fine management fees despite never receiving any notification or documentation of any fines This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable Being double-charged and then facing unexpected fees without any prior communication has left me extremely frustrated The company s handling of this situation has been poor to say the least I strongly advise against using Vanrell Car Hire My experience was marred by unprofessionalism and hidden charges Avoid this company at all costs

PLEASE DO NOT RENT THE CAR WITH THEM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE DO NOT RENT THE CAR THE PROCESS IS TOO COMPLICATE THERE IS ONE GUY AT THE PHONE VERY IMPOLITE HE HUNG THE PHONE MANY TIMES ON ME I AM NOT SURE HE WILL LAST IN THIS JOB WITH THAT KIND OF PATIENCE
