Excellent service advice and results

We were super satisfied with the work of Rent Hero and recommend it wholeheartedly As international renters we discovered that we were paying way too much rent but had no clue how to deal with it Upon several referrals from danish friends we asked Rent Hero for their help We couldn t be more satisfied with the result We got both the monthly rent and deposit reduced substantially and were paid back what we had paid too much Alex and Mads were very friendly effective trustworthy and accessible and provided great advice along the way If you re paying too much rent for your rent-controlled apartment Rent Hero is definitely the place to go for effective legal help

Me and my husband can only highly recommend Rent Hero Services From the first contact with Alex the whole process was very smooth friendly and pleasent We were explained from the beginning what are our options and recommended the best approach to take After 6 months of paying overprices rent we moved out of the place and Alex with Mads helped us to retrospectively get the overpaid money back In the end we came to a settlement with our former-landlord very fast so the whole action took only around 2 months

Very recommended

I recommend Alex and Mads to anyone that has problems with shady landlords Not only they ensured that we got all of our deposit back but they also helped us getting back overcharged heating of which we were not aware before Besides that I also want to add that they followed our case for a little more than 2 years with great professionalism and attention I can confidently say that there is anything more I could have asked from them during this period

Got Back Money

Rent hero helped me win a case against a landlord who was overcharging for services that almost doubled the rent I didn t know there was a legal rent cap since I m an expat I found out about renthero from a roommate and they made it so easy I didn t do anything and a year later they sent me a settlement payment It wasn t a ton but it did help

Thanks to Rent Hero we avoided paying full deposit to DEAS We almost became victim of corpo-scam It is impossible to discuss with big companies situation of few tenants They failed at many details as move in contact move out report as well as wrongfully claiming damages due to our rental period Rent Hero managed to find all mistakes and helped us win the case we received full deposit back Without Rent Hero we would have to pay additional 12 000 DKK beside full deposit of 50 000 Highly recommend
