Rent Hero helped us to reduce our rent and to get a back payment for the past rent deposit and prepaid rent Alex was always very helpful when we had questions about the case and our rental situation It was also nice that he always replied quickly 4 5 because in the end we had to spend more time and energy than we have expected Rent Hero was also very transparent from the beginning on and we never had the feeling that they want to push us in any direction Overall it was really nice to work with Alex and Rent Hero and we are happy with the result and the settlement we achieved with the landlord

Submitted a case to Rent Hero which got in my favor after almost 2 years pandemic helped In general the experience is great Alex explains in detail what he will do in advance and what can happen next My case had to go to court and I got to say that when the lawyer got involved then I understood some previous decisions and why we are moving to court My experience with Rent Hero and based on other friend s cases with them is that everything goes smoothly until your case goes to court Then it s up to talk with a lawyer Rent Hero takes care of that and Rent Hero goes silent here It s always a bummer having to deal with another entity when you started everything with Rent Hero Nevertheless still recommended
