The installment payment turned out to be loan from Resurs Whatever I ve had these before But never before have my payment details included other than the originally agreed upon payment amounts with different reference numbers if I want additional services bundled in I m currently paying by the original plan but the remaining balance on the loan doesn t match any reality I m familiar with I would stay away from any installment payment plans that have Resurs bank attached to it EDIT To clarify my issue was resolved after lengthy conversation with support via chat For that I ll increase the review to 3 5 or 4 stars
