You were only saved losing my accounts by the timely intervention of Charlie Turner who was excellent in resolving some ridiculous ongoing problems created by your outsourced call centre Get rid of it quickly before it costs you lots of accounts Thank you Charlie Steve

Outside UK call centres frustrating

I was very happy with RMS until they put call centres outside the UK Now it s extremely difficult to resolve a problem as the advisors don t understand nor really care about helping I can t stand it when companies try to save money this way If I continue to have problems I will look to leave

i just tried to get help from rms a man

i just tried to get help from rms a man on the phone was no help what so ever did not seem to undrstand what i was calling for had no help at all on phone up about seeing if i can get card payments over the phone kept telling me to go to epos now he was useless please have some body on phone who knows what they doing still need help but with someone who know what they are doing and someone who understands me

Took 3 phone calls

Failure to comprehend situation But hopefully got there in the end Time will tell

Good Luck trying to speak to your account manager once they have completed your new contract We have had major issues with one of our terminals and i was promised a Bluetooth base to fix the issue 6 months ago

I had to contact RMS after my terminal

I had to contact RMS after my terminal stopped working As I did not have the telephone number to hand I googled RMS and called the number given After several minutes going through the automated service with my customer waiting I finally got to speak to someone I explained the situation only for that person to tell me they weren t RMS but Elavon They gave me another number I went through the same automated process and still ended up speaking again with Elavon On the third attempt nearly half an hour later and after my customer had given up waiting I finally spoke with Jake Murray at RMS I was clearly frustrated at this point but he dealt with me in a calm professional manner and took me through a reboot procedure I m not great with technology and I appreciated his patience Hopefully I will not have any further problems but I regret not getting his direct telephone number in case I had problems down the line

PCI Compliance is a Nightmare

We have used RMS for quite some time now but have decided to leave this month due to how overly complicated the PCI compliance is with them i get emails all the time asking me to update something on check in for PCI checks How they expect busy people to keep on top of this i have no idea My account currently says not compliant yet when you speak to the team they tell you its fine their end far to confusing for me to deal with i don t have these issues with our other card provider

Nav was really helpful today when I called However it ha become increasingly frustrating to have to call every month for at least the past 6 to request for my invoice to be emailed over to me On each call I m told you re aware of the issue and its being worked on but STILL no resolve

Patrica was extremely helpful and professional resolved my issue quite quickly but she is let down by the company the time and difficltly it is to get through is ridiculous i spent in excess of 10 minutes waiting for the call to be ansewered

Initially I was discouraged by not being able to call RMS They did not answer the phone at all I tried the Online Chat option and sorted out my case within 10 minutes I think this is the way to go - Good luck
