Difficult to leave

I have used RMS for a couple of years not good and not bad I had a quote from another company that was cheaper especially as their dearer rate was going up again by 10 I asked to leave and they almost halved the rate I rang to terminate and I was told someone would get back to me in a week if I wanted to join they would get back to me in a minute

Great staff terrible as a card service

Tina and all the service staff were excellent unfortunately the RMS service provision was terrible for our business we had continuous card machine failures and they repeatedly send old used machines as replacements This Trustpilot rating system can be taken to unfairly represent the individual staff who were very helpful

Extremely poor customer service We have a card machine that has not been providing correct end of day reads I have called numerous times and always get told they will look into it and call you back They never have This has been at least 4 months now

Typical sales pitch that promises the world but falls short Danny mistretta came round said about a virtual terminal which I declined as have no need for it then suggested he would throw it in for free Needless to say I m being charged 14 95 for the privilege Promised 100 pounds worth of vouchers no sign Had to make a complaint and will just cancel direct debit if they keep taking Was also told can cancel at any time but probably the same lies told and find out I ll be in a 4 year contract Other than that payments go in nect day so one positive I guess

Ongoing billing problems

Have been with RMS for a couple of years After some frustrating teething problems terminal works fine but accounts and billing is poor Monthly invoices simply do not arrive keep being told it will be resolved by the following month and yet here we are again This is not a new issue either just wish they d sort it out like most people who run a small business I don t have time to keep chasing for invoices Update 5 7 2022 Despite giving my contact details nobody has been in touch and the problem continues

I have never had such bad service my machine stoped working so could not take payments spent two hours over two day trying everything asked of me only left phone call because I was needed in business after the first 54 minutes have phoned twice since was promised a call back but have not received

I have been with RMS for a few years but am having to consider changing because they don t send me invoices and I can t contact them Does anyone know what has happened to them Are they having problems

Almost an hour for anyone to answer the phone when my terminal went down Admittedly when they did eventually answer the call handler did say a new machine would be sent out and that as we speak is on its way today However in my anger and frustration I decided to look around for a new supplier and have found most of them offer far better rates tha I am currently paying Same old story loyal customers get treated like dirt

Having dealt with a few people from RMS

Having dealt with a few people from RMS I was beginning to lose my sanity however once I d managed to speak to Emma Carey things started to look up things are still far from perfect but we seem to be moving in the right direction My advice to anyone looking to change to RMS would be to get everything offered written down and recorded before signing anything the sales reps promise you the earth then cant deliver
