No response to a critical fault
We have been customers for nearly 4 years at the busiest time of year our card machine on which we are dependent develops a serious fault we have called through multiple times over several days and never been connected I emailed and the robot says someone will get back to me a week 5 working days later This kind of service is literally useless and not fit for purpose We now have to start a new contract with another provider pronto RMS aren t getting another penny of our hard-earned cash
